I'm truly impressed with Sugar's Upholstery. Recently, we remodeled our kitchen and added this banquette area. After reaching out to Sugar's, they made these beautiful boucle cushions for my new banquette. The cushions made this corner come alive. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the product I received and their genuinely wonderful customer service. They are the best at what they do, I highly recommend them and will continue to work with them again! read more

Sugar Upholstery did an amazing job reupholstering my 1950s banquet couch. It was old, red, and torn, and now it looks absolutely beautiful! The owner was wonderful to work with, and the quality of the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them read more

Alexx did such a good job recovering our patio dining set that we had him re-envision our patio couch and chairs set too. He sent us to F&S Fabrics to find choices, and they coordinated well with Alexx regarding pickup of the samples and then the actual fabric when it came in. He did a beautiful job lining up the tops and bottoms, expanding the zippers so the covers are easier to get on and off, and even made these throw pillows for free from the leftover fabric. read more

Over-promised, under-delivered. After a month of phone calls and texts, Alex got the cushions done before the Christmas party. BUT, no piping on cushions, no rubber grip material on bottom of cushions. Both were agreed upon in the contract. He did not return two couch pillows that were supposed to be restuffed. Also, four yards of material appears to be more than enough to make the cushions. We paid $1200 for 8 yards of fabric. We finally got three yards of fabric returned to us. My wife will never use Alex or Sugars Upholstery again because Alex was very hard to get ahold of. Also, he said he could have his expert sew a couple buttons back onto a leather couch. One button was sewn back out of place and the other button he couldn't sew on after pulling it completely off. read more

Sugars Upholstery made custom banquette cushions and I couldn't be happier with the results. The piping, zippers, and sizing were all flawless - even better than what I envisioned. Communication throughout the process was excellent. They were responsive, clear about timelines, and easy to work with. They came to measure and pick up / drop off huge cushions. The quality of their work is TOP NOTCH. If you need custom upholstery work, I'd highly recommend Sugars. They clearly take pride in their work and it shows in every detail. read more

Sugar's is absolutely amazing. Alex took two old pieces of furniture from 2011 and refreshed them into beautiful pieces. He came to my home with tons of fabric samples, picked up the furniture and dropped it back off. OUTSTANDING CRAFTSMANSHIP! He is a wonderful human being to work with! His service is exceptional and very reasonable value. I will send all of my future projects to them. New reveal photos below, with old to compare! Amazing!!! read more

I had some outdoor cushions reupholstered in a sunbrella fabric with piping for chair cushions and an abnormally length bench cushion. They did a fantastic job and the cushions turned out beautiful for a fraction of the cost of buying an all new outdoor cushion set. Alexx was great to also pick up and deliver them to and from the house. Really happy with their work and would use them again! read more

Unlike YELP that is horrible when it comes to customer service, Sugar's Upholstery really caters to their customers and cares about the work they do. What they end up creating are works of art, literally. This is a gem of an upholstery business whose work speaks for itself. And their prices are so reasonable. I bought these counter stools and ottomans in HomeGoods, as well as the material (taken from beautiful brocade and embossed curtains and woven rug fabrics), and asked Sugar's Upholstery to reupholster them and OMG I was WOWED by the results!!!! read more

We just received our new beautiful outdoor cushions. We learned about this business on Yelp and have really enjoyed working with Alex. He was very professional and courteous. Our cushions were done on time. He even picked up some of our furniture to make sure the new cushions would fit. Sometimes the old cushions loose their shape and it's not the most accurate guide for making new ones. And he even took the old cushions away so they can be recycled. And he's fixing an old chair of mine whose leg just broke. We are also looking into him reupholster 2 of our room chairs. read more

I purchased a vintage chair and ottoman on Facebook Marketplace for our primary bedroom. The chair was in great condition with the exception of the upholstery which was stained. I searched and searched for an upholsterer and I found Sugar's Upholstery. They had wonderful yelp reviews that mentioned the beautiful workmanship and amazing customer service from Alex. I reached out to Alex via email on a Wednesday night. I included photos of the chair and ottoman and let him know that I had already purchased the fabric. He called me the next morning and was able to give me a quote, which I thought was very fair. He came that afternoon to pick them up. The time frame for completion was around 2 weeks. Alex was wonderful about keeping me updated. In fact, he replied to my texts almost immediately! He delivered the newly upholstered chart and ottoman yesterday and I am so impressed with the workmanship! It's absolutely perfect and looks wonderful in our primary bedroom I highly recommend Sugar's Upholstery. I will definitely be using them in the future for all of my upholstery needs. read more

Without any hesitation at all, I would highly recommend Alex Sanchez's company. Family owned business. We have three barstools that we had to have reupholstered. We had debated whether we wanted to buy new barstools, but we decided we liked the style of these, that we wanted to keep them. I spoke to Alex, he was so great to give me more information on what product he would use for them. His customer service is 5+ stars! He delivered 100% of what he promised. Great quality. He did free pick up and delivery back to us when they were done. Thank you Alex. I highly recommend you and your business to anyone looking for reupholstering.
