I am beyond impressed with Valley Upholstering! I purchased these incredible chairs used. They were upholstered with very old, completely worn out fabric. I really wanted to restore them to their original look, but since I am vegan using leather was not an option. Jo painstakingly reviewed dozens of sample books with me and found the perfect faux leather. When I received the finished chairs, they looked gorgeous! But, within a few days, the faux leather was peeling. I contacted Jo, she immediately said that this was not up to Valley Upholstery's standards and assured me that they would make it right. No questions asked, Valley Upholstery picked up the chairs and took them back to reupholster them (again). Selecting the correct material was even harder the second time, but Jo never gave up or complained. My work schedule made it difficult for me to make it to their office, so Jo reviewed all of the options and mailed samples to me directly. One of them was perfect. We moved forward with the replacement selection. Valley Upholstery re-upholstered the chairs and delivered them at no extra charge. The chairs look even better than I could have imagined!! All I have to say is WOW! Joanne and Gaspar are truly talented at their craft and are good people; who give their best to each and every one of their projects. They care that the job is done right and go out of their way to ensure it will be exactly what you want. They have incredible attention to detail and really go the extra mile to make sure your happy. In my case, I took my white tufted headboard in to the shop to customize the sides- since they had hole slots for wings to attach onto (that I did not like). I wanted to cover these holes and never imagined it would turn out as seamless and perfect as Gaspar constructed. (Attached are some before and after pictures).
