The original electrical system stopped working suddenly after only 15 months of mild use! Filing a claim with Macy's warranty company was cumbersome, required duplicating the initial warranty claim in a second software program, in a phone app, for the repair company, that that wouldn't load required, duplicative videos, and it took 4 months to get the part and set the appointment!! No reflection on the repair service, though: they arrived when promised and work was completed quickly.
