Not only were they thorough in explaining the estimate and repair process, they followed up multiple times to try and schedule an appointment -- only wish grandma would have put in her hearing aids a little sooner to answer their calls! Ultimately, she decided that purchasing a new vinyl recliner might be more frugal but is looking forward to having them come out and repair a leather recliner once she's got her new furniture delivered. He took it down to the frame and fabricated new seat and back cushion inserts. We choose foam for the seats and down alternative for the back cushion inserts. The support and comfort is terrific. I did work with a to-the-trade showroom to provide Larry with the fabric, it's from the Holly Hunt Great Outdoors Collection, the fabric's name is "Journey", color is "Clover". Our high-end fabric combined with Larry's work (at very reasonable pricing and NO petty up-charges) has given us a brand new sofa and for half the price with twice the quality. Here are a few before-and-after pictures. Time-line, pick-up and delivery service was great. It's the craftsman ship we are most pleased with. I'm looking around the house now for anything else might want to update.
