They were quick with a response through Yelp and even followed up with me directly before reaching out to my grandmother. Not only were they thorough in explaining the estimate and repair process, they followed up multiple times to try and schedule an appointment -- only wish grandma would have put in her hearing aids a little sooner to answer their calls! Ultimately, she decided that purchasing a new vinyl recliner might be more frugal but is looking forward to having them come out and repair a leather recliner once she's got her new furniture delivered. I did work with a to-the-trade showroom to provide Larry with the fabric, it's from the Holly Hunt Great Outdoors Collection, the fabric's name is "Journey", color is "Clover". Our high-end fabric combined with Larry's work (at very reasonable pricing and NO petty up-charges) has given us a brand new sofa and for half the price with twice the quality.
