Mr. Sanches told us how he would do the work and told us he would order the materials. In about a week he would form the materials to custom fit the shape needed. He called in less then a week. We picked the cushions up and after inspection them, he helped us put them in our SUV and guided us out onto the street. We are very satisfied with his work. read more

When asked if we would have it back on time, he became obstinate and said he did not feel comfortable and left. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. The owner personally worked on my motorcycle seat, he did an absolutely fantastic job for a reasonable price.

After this experience, I'm hesitant to trust reviews. First off, the owner of this company was extremely unprofessional. I was looking forward to reupholstering my RH dinning room chairs. My husband stopped at this establishment and kindly requested a quote. The man was extremely bothered that he had to get up from his chair. He proceeds to let my husband know that he is "two months out" my husband said "No problem, we are not in a rush" The man says "why would I give you a quote if I'm not going to do them" I get that we are all busy but don't provide a service if you can't professionally decline a client. We brought our chair to Edward with a broken mechanism on the bottom that should allow it to recline. It is a special part that Edward does not carry, and we were unable to get it from the manufacturer. Edward suggested that we go to a hardware store and get a particular type of screw and said we could likely fix it ourselves. He didn't charge us for his time or advice. Brought in a sofa cushion. It's been a few months and it is holding up well. They are expensive but I am happy with the quality, they were able to match the fabric really well.
