Can I give this place a 10? Arthur is the man, always a smile, friendly, fast and efficient. I have a PO Box there, and when I get a package,,,,,,,,,,,, HE TEXTS ME! Who does this? UNREAL SERVICE! I do not go to the box regularly. I only have the box for packages as the USPS has seen fit to lose every single one that is destined for my office, but they seem to get them to Arthur! Getting a text makes it super simple! I do not have to go there all the time when I am expecting a package! I am always impressed when I see customer service, no one even knows what the hell it is anymore! Arthur epitomizes the term! He's got that old-fashioned mom-n-pop store genuine customer service thing going on, and it's so refreshing! Also - easy to park and get into, which is something to consider in this neighborhood. Boxes not available 24 hrs, so you have to pick up when he's open.
