We are the kind of people "no shoes on in the house" and our carpet is ~5 years old and in amazing shape. Less than 2 week after the cleaning our old boxer had an accident in a small room. Instead of paying more, I bought a bissel pet max pro and decided to take care of it myself. OH MY GOSH, within seconds the machine started pulling out dog hair, tons of dirt and even lint. I asked myself, what the heck did I pay for???? I reached out to the owner for a refund and he told me "Too bad and tough luck I gave you a service"... never doing work with these people again!!! See the pictures my mind was blown and I now feel like I need to re-clean my whole house!! Save your money and go somewhere else.. I bet no one has ever cleaned after he cleaned to witness this horrible service.

Marshall and his team are always very respectful of our home, our time and our budget needs. They are always kind and helpful in recommending what we need, and beyond if they notice other things they can help with. they use a black light to spot any stains we didn't notice (we have pets), and a special enzyme solution to keep from the dogs wanting to use that area again. And they give you a life time supply of their enzyme solution to use for spot treatment! If you run out, let them know, leave the empty bottle on the porch and they'll fill it up for you! Our carpets always smell SO good and feel soft after they leave. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is amazing! If you need a cleaning done, book right away, because they are booked about 2-3 weeks out (they're very sought after, and worth the wait).

I like the way they price the rooms, especially our basement. Cons: He called at 1:52 pm to say he's 30 min out. My arrival window was 12-2. No apology for being late, even when I said that was frustrating. The website is incorrect on closet fee and stair charges. I had to ask what the total would be before work began. He did not go over it without me asking (not what's said on the website). The carpets were not fully dry after 8 hours. Some parts were, but many parts were damp for much longer. It was not humid outside or in my house. Overall, I will still use this company again, but it was not a 5 star experience. 4 stars.

Do not subcontract for this company if you want to be paid for your work…read more We completed several jobs for ServPro "Team Toft" in Omaha, which now also operates in Sioux Falls. We have multiple outstanding invoices from over a year ago that remain unpaid. We experienced disputes over alleged workmanship issues that were not communicated to us during the projects, as well as situations where project managers requested additional work but payment was later denied because formal change orders were not completed. In our experience, provisions in their franchise agreement were repeatedly relied upon when disputing or withholding payment on our invoices. This had a significant impact on our small, family-operated business and left us with thousands of dollars in unpaid work and expenses. Based on our firsthand experience as a subcontractor, we would not recommend working for ServPro. If you do choose to work with them, we strongly recommend getting every change order, approval, and request for additional work in writing before proceeding--even if you are pushed to complete the work quickly or given verbal assurances that you will be paid. We would also recommend having the homeowner and project manager sign a certificate of satisfaction upon completion of your work. It may seem like a lot of extra steps, but having thorough documentation can help protect your business when it comes time to getting paid. Unfortunately, we were too trusting and did not take these additional precautions. We hope sharing our experience helps another small business avoid finding themselves in the same situation.
