I thanked him for coming out and told him I swear it didn't look like anything was coming that downspout. We had a good laugh about it. I felt bad having him come out when it didn't appear to be a problem, but he it's always best to make sure everything's working properly which I greatly It gave me peace of mind. I'm definitely having them out next fall to clean my gutters as I have a tremendous amount of trees and they always clog up.

I told the office worker that this was not the only thing on my schedule today and that I demand an inconvenience discount. She said that she doesn't have authority to do that. I asked her to please connect me with someone who does. She then proceeded to lecture me for several minutes about how she doesn't have the authority to issue discounts. Finally she said she would have the regional manager call me. I won't be paying my bill until I do. Obviously I will be in the market for a new window cleaning company.
