Although there was some confusion in the time set to clean my carpets, it was quickly resolved. Magic Carpet made every attempt to correct this problem. The people were considerate, friendly and professional. Magic Carpet's prices were very reasonable, but more importantly my carpets look amazing. I had two stubborn pet stains that we were sure would not come out. Even the carpet cleaners were unsure about getting them out. To everyone's surprise all spots have disappeared. The strangest yet coolest interaction with a company that provided by far the best service in Omaha. Called a couple weeks ahead of time and scheduled a carpet cleaning without any hassel. Loved the straightforward honesty and willingness to specialize their services for what I needed. I needed two bedrooms cleaned (the rest of the apartment was wood flooring). Day of scheduled cleaning, they texted/called to ensure I was ready and to my surprise showed exactly 10mins from the phone call which they said they were 10 minutes away AND arrived on the agreed/scheduled time. (I am a very punctual person and I really love this) Once they arrived and superbly cleaned carpets, they even wrote a detailed note/receipt for me to give my apartment complex. Like I stated above. Sometimes I am almost leery of places that have a five star rating, because you can't believe it would be that great, but magic carpet definitely exceeded our expectations. Customer service was outstanding, they cleaned our carpets with no harsh chemicals and the price could not be beat. We had four rooms and two sets of stairs done for $160. Our carpet was immediately brighter after they had done the cleaning and they were able to easily get up some old stains. The carpets were completely dry in 6 to 8 hours just as they had promised. Just bought a house and called this business for shampooing carpets , granted the carpets were nasty. . . but when this guy got done doing the slop job he did doing 2 floors in 1 hour only. We thought he could not have done a decent job. There were 6 nice size rooms and a hallway and stairs. . .master bdrm did not even look shampooed, no strokes on carpet to show he even did that room. . dirt still not cleaned out of carpet. . it should have looked at least somewhat clean, but nope not at all, same with the rest of the house as well . . I wish I had used this service before I used Chemdry a year ago. I had pet urine issues and I feel like Chemdry just spread it around but did not pull-up urine damage.
