My Wife and I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and all are indoor/outdoor animals. It had been a 2 year stretch between carpet cleanings (yuk). I had my doubts about our carpet especially after last years hunting/fishing season and I was convinced it was time for new carpet. My wife however said to get them cleaned and being a good husband, here we are. Magic Carpet Cleaners did a fantastic job, I was shocked. Carpets are clean. Stains are gone. They are not miracle workers,,,,,, BUT,,,,,, they are as close to miracle workers as your going to find. I have had our carpets cleaned a dozen or more times using a variety of companies and these guys have done the job the best. If I could give 10 stars I would. I am going to make a suggestion however, when you guys bring out the magic juice in the spray bottles and start pretreating. Don't just rub that stuff in with your foot, (although it obviously works that way), it just looks incredibly unprofessional. Use some kind of brush attached to a broom handle. SAVED MY DAY! 5 Stars is not enough. Had my carpets cleaned by Courtney and Robert on Wednesday and everything looked amazing and at a great price. I work downtown and sometimes people use the area outside one of our doors in the alley to defecate. Well, I unknowingly stepped in it and came home and tracked it across the carpet that was just cleaned. I have my grandsons 1st birthday party tomorrow and had to have this resolved. I called Gary and he sent Robert and Courtney over immediately to clean the area that was "messed". I was willing to pay for an emergency visit but they would not take any payment. Magic Carpet Cleaners did a great job. Courtney and her coworker (sorry did not get her name) called before coming, and arrived on time. I felt the cost was higher than I have had to pay in the padt, so I did not want to have the entire house cleaned. Instead, I decides to have the lower level and stairs done, to see how it would turn out. I have three large dogs, who have tracked in their share of mud. I was hopeful, but realistic about the possible results. I was completely surprised and VERY pleased with how clean they got the carpet.
