This is the very best carpet cleaning company we have ever used. The young lady who answered the phone was very sweet and very informative., And she gave us exact pricing. It is REALLY nice to know exactly how much everything will be BEFORE a company comes out b Jim G., the technician assigned to serve us arrived on time, he was dressed in a shirt and a tie, he had on an official company name badge. He put on a brand new pair of blue and white work gloves which he wore throughout the service. Jim let us know he had been vaccinated and he asked if we would still prefer him to wear a mask. He was friendly to our dog, and made our VERY stained, very used carpeting look absolutely gorgeous! My husband came home and couldn't believe how amazing everything looked. We moved a lot when my husband was with the government, and we used a number of different carpet cleaning companies once we retired in Omaha. Then we met James, the owner of AIr Force One Carpet Cleaning at our church one Sunday when he was organizing a donation for homeless people in the downtown area. James is a kind, sensitive, soft spoken gentleman who truly cares about people. I have seen this firsthand as he has donated time and money to people in need. He was actually featured on television during a local news special about the work and the donations James and his staff do for homeless people and combat wounded veterans. His company, Air Force One Carpet Cleaning is the only company in the world to give 100% free service to all Purple Heart recipients, and they have excellent discounts for first responders. We have had Air Force One Carpet Cleaning out a few times in the past 5 or 6 years since meeting James, and I have never given them a review. After seeing the one star review and the absolute trashing of James's reputation on this site, I chose to get involved and state my experiences and my opinions. In this day and age, it is rare to find a company full of people honestly trying to love others and give them amazing service. Air Force One Carpet Cleaning has been this type of company for us, and I have recommended them to many, many people, including my son who works personally with James regarding his office carpeting. I could go on and on about the high standards this company and its owner hold themselves to, but I see I have already written a lot here. We were looking for a carpet cleaning company to help us with the unfortunate stains and odors that came with dogsitting over the last couple of months. We had never had our carpets professionally cleaned and did not know what to expect. We found a flier on our front door with the 5 room special for from AF ONE and decided to give them a call and we regret.... NOT CALLING THEM EARLIER. Jim came out to our home and we were extremely impressed. He walked through the home, asked us to show him our areas of concern, and he took care of them and MORE. It was already a great deal having 5 rooms cleaned for that price, but they also added our stairs and our sofa! Jim was extremely thorough and treated our home like his own. He carefully moved our furniture and called us over when he found stains that we didn't even know of. A few other companies that we had quotes from had additional charges for XYZ treatment, but Jim explained to us how all that is included in their products. We added the stain protector to our sofa (which has a warranty by the way) and our hardwood floor was treated. Jim went over and beyond and we could not be more satisfied. Air Force One takes carpet cleaning to a higher level than other companies we have used. The telephone operator was excellent in describing the services, the technician was very friendly and I could tell he really cared about all the things I wanted done, and the results were spectacular. I had to take a picture of our stairs....where our dog lays (and does other things), and I wish I had one from before to show you because they look like a different staircase. That young man was down on his hands and knees working away on those stairs until all the stains were gone. Very impressive, and level of commitment to his craft that we don't often see these days. As hard as he worked, he must have said 2 or 3 times how much he loves his job. I mean, that really says something about a company if you ask me. I tried to give the technician a few dollars as a tip, and I was told that they are not allowed to take tips, but his jacket was hanging on the railing and I slipped a $10 in his pocket. Amazing service I have to say. I recently used this company for an emergency service over the weekend at my mothers house. She fell injuring herself and bled on the carpet I am new to the area, Im originally from Denver and had no idea who to have come and clean the carpet I was beyond stressed out. Thankfully someone recommended this company to me and I can't thank them enough. The entire process from speaking to the very nice lady on the phone during scheduling, to meeting the technician, It was all such a breeze and allowed me to focus on helping my mom. Cost wise I was shocked it was very affordable which was nice since I moved here from denver to be with my mom and do not have very much in savings. I highly recommend this company they are so respectful and kind and the cherry on top for me is they totally respected my pronouns. I live in Eagle Crest neighborhood and I finally paid attention to the flyer on my front door. AFO carpet cleaners were great. They called to give me a "heads up" as requested & came within the two hour window. The carpet looks good, the wood floor looks good, the stairs look good. A sofa & mattress cleaning were part of the package. The sofa has been refreshed visually & scent-wise. I am very happy with the outcome. Also part of the package was my vehicle carpet. So pleased with how that turned out. The technician was upfront about what we were going to clean & any additional fees outside the package prices. Mike did a fabulous job on our carpet! He worked hard, was respectful of our home, protected the corners of our walls with shields, and truly got our carpets clean. There was no residue leftover and the carpet was dry within 4-6 hours. Very light, pleasant scent - not overpowering, but just a great sense of clean! I love walking barefoot on my carpet again. This is the 2nd time we have used Air Force One. John Davis was our technician. He did "Above the Top" job on our lower level carpet and stairs. We have a 5 year old dog and cat that are very active. He did a wonderful job explaining how to manage pet stains...
