They were able to significantly reduce the appearance on an unidentified stain we found under a piece of furniture. They used blocks under furniture to prevent rust while the carpet was drying. Wes and his team were trusted to access the home while vacant and do much needed cleaning. We are more than satisfied with the quality of work. Wes is very knowledgeable about different flooring types ( there is carpet, hardwood, tile, slate and laminate in our house) and how to clean/ care for each type. He also was honest about limits of cleaning... some of our carpets were beyond cleaning and need to be replaced. Highly recommend this company and we will be calling them back for regular cleanings! Marshall and his team are always very respectful of our home, our time and our budget needs. They are always kind and helpful in recommending what we need, and beyond if they notice other things they can help with. they use a black light to spot any stains we didn't notice (we have pets), and a special enzyme solution to keep from the dogs wanting to use that area again. And they give you a life time supply of their enzyme solution to use for spot treatment! If you run out, let them know, leave the empty bottle on the porch and they'll fill it up for you! Our carpets always smell SO good and feel soft after they leave. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is amazing! If you need a cleaning done, book right away, because they are booked about 2-3 weeks out (they're very sought after, and worth the wait).

Terry was so nice and helpful when I told him what I was needing and all the issues I had been having with a new puppy at home. We discussed everything and decided on a game plan for the carpet in our home. Next thing was our furniture. We have three rooms with couches, so it was important to us, with four dogs, that they all be cleaned as well, however I was curious about the process. He walked me through everything and told me exactly what to expect. Once they came out, they did an AMAZING job. The gentleman who did the carpets and couches was extremely nice and professional. Once he left our home spelled and felt brand new. No more dog stains nor smells. I cannot wait to have them back! Highly recommend them!

I like the way they price the rooms, especially our basement. Cons: He called at 1:52 pm to say he's 30 min out. My arrival window was 12-2. No apology for being late, even when I said that was frustrating. The website is incorrect on closet fee and stair charges. I had to ask what the total would be before work began. He did not go over it without me asking (not what's said on the website). The carpets were not fully dry after 8 hours. Some parts were, but many parts were damp for much longer. It was not humid outside or in my house. Overall, I will still use this company again, but it was not a 5 star experience. 4 stars.
