To whoever may see this review, Rex and this company are…read morehands down the most amazing company to ever work with. This may be long but read till the end. I contacted them through yelp chat message one evening because we just bought a house and the owners had no plans on cleaning it before they left. So I reached out and just asked about their services after doing a bunch of research on carpet cleaning companies because they had such high rated reviews and came recommended by a lot of people. Rex messaged me back within 2 hours (this was in the evening around 9pm) and gave me all the information I was asking for. It was a hard ask but they were able to squeeze me in their tight schedule to clean after the owners moved their stuff out (which was supposed to be the morning of closing). Btw it was a very large job as all the carpets were urine soaked and there was about 10 or more full rooms of carpet. 2 days before closing we had our final walkthrough and the place was rough, even worse than when we first saw the house, but we were informed at noon that the current owners wouldn't be out until 5pm now, I was extremely upset. How was I supposed to tell Big Red's that the 2pm appointment won't work now when we desperately needed it. But I got on the yelp messages and let Rex know I appreciate him squeezing us in but we are not allowed in the house until after 5pm now so we will have to clean them ourselves seeing as they are already a busy company and I did not expect them to work that late. Well I will tell you Rex didn't even hesitate to reply back to me and told me to give him a little bit of time and see what he could do. I was wanting to get excited but this is Omaha and moving from a small Nebraska town to a big one we didn't want to get our hopes up, but I agreed. Not sure how much time passed but I know by the next morning Rex had a crew scheduled for my house and he called me to tell me the great news. I was in Kansas City picking up my brother to help me move my stuff but I was so shocked that I completely forgot where I was going, but I couldn't tell you how happy I was after dealing with these owners of this house, something finally good was happening. Well the next day is closing and the crew shows up, They immediately notice the damage these owners have caused to the carpets and have some suggestions for remedy that were above the proposed plan in the beginning but I listen to their advice and give them the go ahead and they start cleaning right away. I get off work at 7 so when I get there the carpets smell so much better and they are still busting their butts. They did such an amazing job working around us moving stuff in that we can, and walking around everywhere. They turned these carpets from destroyed nasty carpets to almost new. I couldn't believe it. They blew my expectations out of the water and I HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE looking for any of their services as they will go above and beyond your expectations for service and quality. And their prices are not very expensive considering how much work they had to do. I am still so very happy and amazed at their ability to deliver such a quality service and care for their customer. You Rex have gained a lifelong customer. Thank you from the whole Galvan family!

We hoped to get a slight discount if we could get them done at the same time, 2 jobs, no travel time, possibly 2 additional jobs in the future. My neighbor contacted Roto Rooter and found out that it would cost $350 just to run the camera for each of us (outrageous) but was told that that cost was only if that's the only thing we had done and if we got another procedure that cost would be taken out of that. We scheduled someone to come out and he agreed to $250 for each inspection. He ran the camera from my laundry room where the main clean out is easily accessible. Like I expected he did find roots in the line but not until the end where my line meets the cities connection. It was slowing the flow but wasn't backing it up completely. He appeared to try to push through the roots unsuccessfully. I was told that the only way to fix this problem would be to excavate and replace all the pipe involved and he gave me multiple reasons why no other procedure would work and told me they couldn't guarantee any other procedure. My neighbor's cleanout was even easier to access since his was outside near the sidewalk. Minimal roots were discovered in his line as he had his hydro-jetted a couple years ago. I paid $250 cash and opted to proceed by getting the lines hydro-jetted. I didn't receive a receipt and assumed that was because the job wasn't completed yet. Without an appointment set up yet the guy with the hydro-jet called and said he was available and I told him he could head my way. I was surprised to learn that the hydro-jet hose needed to be ran through the house, down the stairs into the basement and then into the laundry room. He took good care to protect property in the laundry room but nothing to protect the floor or carpet down the stairs from the dirty hose. (not too concerned about this as the carpet is old and the tile could be washed.) I told the tech I wanted him to do what he could do within an hour as I couldn't afford more than that. After some time spent on getting the remote control working (transferring it to another machine or something like that) He ran the hose into the line and I kept an eye on the floor drain in the service room. Once satisfied that the hose was far enough he turned on the water. I was surprised not to get any water coming up from the floor drain. The tech ran his camera into the line and discovered once he got to the point of the "root ball" it had been pushed through and upon pulling back the hydro-jet hose discovered it was into the cities line at least 20 feet. I think he pushed through the roots before ever turning on the water. He then spent the remaining time he had cleaning up the interior of the pipe. He wrote me up a receipt for $695 and I paid with a debit card. The $250 that I already paid completely slipped my mind at this point and I didn't realize I over paid until later that evening. When I realized they hadn't deducted the $250 that I already spent, I text messaged the camera tech and was then told that the $250 would only be deducted if I had excavation work done and not from the price of the hydro-jet procedure. The only reason I even agreed to getting the work done in the first place is because I was under the impression that the job would cost $650 not $945. A few years ago the hydro-jet service was only $450 and I thought THAT was too much. This job should have cost me $650 plus taxes, TOTAL. I have since learned that Roto-Rooter employees are paid commissions and their paychecks are directly affected by how much they can bilk a customer for and that tech would have absolutely had me take out a loan or get financing in order to pay for excavation work that did not need to be performed. Although I'm satisfied with the work, it was not $945 worth of work. In total they were here less than 2 hours. Even less time was spent at my next-door neighbor's house and he also paid $945. The job was straight forward with no unforeseen circumstances or problems; there wasn't any clean up afterwards and the neighbor's job was faster and easier than mine. Edit: The manager contacted me and apologized for the misunderstanding. He offered to give me the price of what I thought it was going to be before the job started. I appreciate that and accepted his offer. As long as a company does the right thing and attempts to make the customer happy I really can't complain but please keep in mind of what could possibly happen.

Literally a few hours after we closed the deal, the home buyer noticed the leak coming from an exterior soffit underneath the kitchen sink and dishwasher. The seller had replaced the dishwasher but his nephew failed to secure the water line connection. The connection had been slowly leaking for several weeks where no one was able to detect it. Jeremy with Service Master arrived several minutes early for the appointment, quickly identified the issue and had answers for the buyer and I in a matter of 15-20 minutes. He tested moisture levels in the areas where the leak had run from the dishwasher to the exterior of the home and informed us of safe vs potentially harmful moisture levels in regards to potential mold growth in different building materials. He then gave us advice on how to address borderline levels and what to do if the issue comes back and/or gets worse. The best part of this whole experience is that it didn't cost my client a dime! Service Masters came out and did this all for free, and gave excellent customer service the whole way through. I will definitely call on them again in the future when issues like this arise!

If you expect communication, honesty, professionalism and/or quality work this is NOT the company…read moreyou should use. I used them for restoration after a garage fire and would not recommend them under any circumstance. Service after the commitment is absolutely awful, Mike does a good job selling the company but clearly does not care about the client after the contract is signed, does not even have the decency to return a call personally. All of the items in my garage were discarded before I signed off so I left a message for Mike who just passed the buck to my first project manager, from there I was asked to back date that particular agreement and sign off on the disposal. After that I noticed that many of my items that were supposed to be properly discarded were being used by the crew which was quite entertaining. From there I was pressured by the PM to let him dispose of my ammo after I was told that they "will not touch" any ammo because of liability issues, it seemed as if the PM wanted it for his self. My garage (3) steps were redone 3 times, one time they had a step that was 12" tall and told me it was up to code, materials used were much lower in quality, they tried to sell me on an interior door that was not the type of door we agreed upon and not the correct size, after it was already installed. The list literally goes on and on. I felt like I was being mislead or in a bait-n-switch situation around every corner. My air ducts were cleaned out and vent covers were put on upside down, some weren't even screwed back in, they just left the screws on the counter. This job resulted in a screeching sound whenever the AC turned on so after being told multiple times my filter was in crooked, they had to call an HVAC company that simply turned the vent covers right side up and the noise disappeared. Getting my exterior garage doors installed has been an absolute nightmare, One door is actually in and painted taking up the whole three bay garage floor, when asked if I could have it installed so I could at least pull my car in I was told the garage services company will not install one door at a time, apparently it has to be all doors at once. How dumb does that even sound? This has been going on since August and we are now in December, yes there are supply issues but had my garage doors been ordered up front, surely they would have been installed by now as admitted by PD. My insurance money was sent to the mortgage company to be put in an escrow account at the request of PD so they could work directly with them to take me out of it and that has not even gone how it was supposed to so they call me asking for payment regularly. Literally nothing has gone the way they described it, not one single thing. I sent 11 pages, complete with text messages and photos to my lawyer so that should indicate how long I could go on about the joys of working with this company. With the exception of Savannah and her contents team this place is absolutely one of the most unprofessional and incompetent companies I have ever worked with and I work with customers in the service industry every single day. Do yourself a favor and just don't hire them for anything. Update: Moments after submitting my review I got a text saying my garage door was being delivered to my house and I had to be home to sign for it, this was never communicated to me before hand so of course I can't be there last minute, now we reschedule pushing installation back again. Yay! Update #2: My garage was warmed up to paint one door before it was installed and now both doors are installed but the second one is being painted after the install, my HOA stated it will be $100 a day fine after 72 hrs so now I am giving my attorney the green light as I obviously will not be paying these fines. I will continue to add updates as I am unsure how they will paint the door correctly since it is already installed, not to mention it is 30 degrees out. No exterior keypads, wires jointed and hanging with no wire nuts, interior keypads installed without wall anchors and already loose. One of the doors just opened by itself overnight and will not stay closed. They literally just scramble to hire anyone for installations and project managers do anything but actually manage the projects or verify the quality of the work. Over it.
