I spent over $100 on two products, one made by immense pleasure products, was defective and cut me on the first use before breaking in half on the second use. The product was not exchanged or returnable due to company policy. An in store 10% offer was levied, then a 50% offer off my next purchase was offered via email as a resolution to the $90 paper weight and permanent scaring I received.
