I hired ScrubLV for a 1 person - 4 hour deep clean of my 2 bedroom 2 bath town home. I actually…read moredidn't have them do my guest room so it was just my master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room area. We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.

I had a great experience with Evidence Base Cleaning and…read morewould definitely use them again! Their communication was great from start to finish, their pricing was very reasonable, and overall they did a really good job with our move-out cleaning. My only small complaint was that I expected the walls and doors to be wiped down as part of a full move-out cleaning, and they weren't. That could absolutely be on me, though, because I didn't ask beforehand or double-check what was included in the service. Other than that, I was very happy with everything. Great communication, great price, and great service overall. 5/5 and I would definitely hire them again!

We looked into several cleaning services and ultimately chose Evidence Cleaning because they…read moreoffered the widest range of services at the most affordable price. They were very communicative throughout the process and sent us a reminder the day before the scheduled cleaning. That was especially helpful because I had accidentally booked the wrong date. Since there was enough notice, they were able to reschedule us at no additional charge. The actual cleaning was superb. While we were at work, their team thoroughly cleaned our home. The floors were vacuumed, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was cleaned, the oven was spotless, and the blinds were completely dust-free. It was so refreshing to come home to a clean, fresh smelling house. The next time we need a cleaning service, we already know who we are calling!

I'm genuinely confused by all the positive reviews for this company. I initially called and left a…read morevoicemail requesting a quote but didn't hear back for several days. I followed up with another call and finally reached someone who scheduled a time to provide an estimate. They arrived late and then left without giving me a price. After reaching out again, I eventually received a quote that was shockingly high--more than double the other estimates I had received. Despite that, I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt based on their reviews. I asked if that price was just for the initial deep clean or for all future cleanings. I was told it was only for the first visit. When I inquired about the cost of regular cleanings going forward, they said they would find out and get back to me--then I never heard from them again. It felt like pulling teeth just trying to give them a fair chance. I'm sharing my experience so others know what to expect. Fortunately, I found another company with much more reasonable pricing and a stronger sense of professionalism to clean my home.

In 2018 my mother needed more assistance due to vision impairment so she lived with me and my family. My Ladybug team was always, always kind to her. They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I have said it before and will say it again, I am beyond blessed to have found this amazing company, it's owner and the amazing team that makes our world brighter. Literally and figuratively.
