I have been happy with tranquil home for the better part of a year…read more I have had the sane cleaner in that time (Hailey) and she's been phenomenal. She's courteous of mine and my house's needs in more ways than I can count. When I needed her to go above and beyond and clean my disaster of a kitchen, she made it seem like the easiest task and no concern of mine. I really appreciate the thoroughness with which she cleans generally, too. Never have I ever spotted places that could use extra cleaning after she leans. Truly grateful for her cleans! The people working behind the scenes are always proactive with getting my cleanings set up, giving me alerts, and doing the other administrative parts of the business without disruption. It seems small but that's huge. Great team, great cleans- hire them if you want stress-free cleans. They live up to their name.

If you're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, meticulous and kind, I highly recommend Prisca in particular. She's genuinely wonderful to talk to and always takes the time to ask if there's anything special we'd like done that week, which makes the whole experience feel very personalized and thoughtful. Her energy always brightens my day and we look forward to seeing her every time she comes. We've worked with a couple other people, like Adriane, who are just as amazing! The value of what we get with Green Frog cannot compare to any other company. I'm very grateful for them!

A few days later, while I was still in Los Angeles caring for my brother, the company contacted me about rescheduling. I did not respond or authorize a new appointment. Despite that, they scheduled one for the very next day without my knowledge or consent. When I canceled the appointment I had never agreed to, they charged me another $60 and have refused to refund it. Charging a customer for an appointment the company created without authorization is completely unacceptable. I lost $60, but they lost a customer because their actions made it clear that they do not value their customers or conduct business fairly. I would not recommend this company.

If you're looking for a company that communicates well, follows through, and genuinely cares about making things right when expectations aren't met, I would absolutely recommend giving La Clean House a try.

A few months ago I hired another service to do a deep clean with the intent of making it a more regular thing if I liked the work. But they were dismal! I ended up spending a few hours cleaning after the two guys they sent out missed a bunch of stuff that was promised. The products they used smelled so strong and lingered for days, giving me a headache for a week afterwards. It was my first time ever hiring a cleaner, though, so I thought maybe my expectations were just too high, culminating in a pretty disappointing and discouraging experience. Absolutely Clean was my second attempt at finding a service and the difference between them and the previous company was night and day. I had booked just a general cleaning this time, and Aksana did a better job than the "deep cleaning" the other company provided at 1/4 the price and 1/2 the man-power! She was extremely thorough and meticulous, cleaning things and areas I hadn't even expected her to. She even got stains off my oven that I had long given up on. She was very sweet and professional as well. The products she used did not smell bad and the scent was mostly gone by the end of the day. This will definitely be my go-to from now on when I need a little extra help.

I was pleased with the amount of communication and ease of scheduling. The two cleaners that showed up did an amazing job. The reason for only three stars was the following... Upon completion of the cleaning, we were told that if our apartment complex charged us additional fees for cleaning Lyly's would provide compensation. 23 days later, I was notified by the apartment complex that we were being charged an additional $200 for cleaning fees. I contacted Lyly's expecting that it wouldn't be an issue...instead I was told that the timeline was too far out and that I would need to take it up with my landlord. Although they apologized for the situation, it didn't make sense to me that there would be a timeline for when we could file for compensation. The quality of the service was good; the outcome did not sit well with me. Overall I would not necessarily suggest this company just based on the lack of ethics displayed.
