After the deep clean, they said they would give me regular fixed pricing for maintenance, which was $220 every 2 weeks for 3 hrs each clean. They kept mixing up my text with other clients so it was very confusing on time, price, and duration. After they came 1 time for the regular maintenance, the management told me I had to give them cash in person from now on. The second time they came I went to the atm and by the time I came back they were already gone (only worked 2 hrs). They shamed me for not having the cash and told me it was embarrassing to ask for payment. Now after servicing my home 5 times, they tell me that my home needs picking up and changing of sheets (which the cleaners offered to do the first cleaning) is extra work and my home is so big that they should be charging me $50 more each time, but they will give me on $20 increase and if I want to pay by Zelle, it's additional $10. I tend to keep missing the cleaning ladies because they only come for 2 hrs instead of the 3hrs I thought I was paying for. They also continue to mix up my text messages with other clients.
