Reply to "Owners" Remarks... To clarify the facts, your…read moreresponse misrepresents what actually happened. She knows the $80 consisted of the $40 I thought was a fair amount for the damage to the plant and stainless and the accidental $40 I sent you through Zelle. I did not decline your offer regarding the plant, and I have not harassed you; I have only asked for what is rightfully mine. Don't lie about what happened. Regarding the additional $40, I accidentally sent it to you when I intended to request the money from you through Zelle. When I subsequently sent you a request for that $40, you declined the request twice. It is therefore inaccurate to suggest that I declined to receive my money. You acknowledged that the $40 was owed and stated that you would return it by the end of the day. Despite giving you time to follow through, I still have not received my refund. My attitude changed because you would not repay me. I am disappointed that, rather than simply resolving this matter, I now have to correct inaccurate statements about my actions. I am asking only for the $40 I accidentally sent you and an honest account of what occurred. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! The owner, Shirley has not returned the $40 I accidentally overpaid, despite acknowledging the mistake and promising to refund me. She stated that she had no intention of keeping money that did not belong to her, but the refund still has not been issued. She has sent lengthy text messages explaining how busy she is and saying she would process the refund after completing her work appointments for the day, but the promised refund has not materialized. I contacted the authorities about the matter, and they reached out to her, but she did not respond. My experience with this house cleaning service has been extremely disappointing. Before hiring the owner, I told her that I was reluctant to hire another house cleaner because a previous cleaner had damaged items in my home without telling me. She assured me that her crews were vetted and very professional. Unfortunately, a similar situation happened again. During the cleaning, my plants were damaged and my stainless steel surfaces were scratched, despite the use of microfiber cloths. The owner initially offered to reimburse me for the damaged plant but later changed her position. In addition, I am still waiting for the return of the $40 I accidentally overpaid. What has been most frustrating is how these issues have been handled. This is about more than $40. It is about accountability, following through on commitments, and treating customers fairly. When belongings are damaged, an offer of compensation is withdrawn, and an acknowledged overpayment remains unreturned, it understandably undermines a customer's trust. Unfortunately, based on my experience and the way these matters have been handled, I cannot recommend this cleaning service. Good customer service is demonstrated through actions, accountability, and follow-through--not lengthy explanations.

They didn't need to be reminded about anything we had made a request for. They worked hard and used their time well. The price for the deep clean was fair and we booked right away for next month. We appreciated several things in addition to everything being very clean. The people who had cleaned our house previously took longer to get the same results which made us feel like "When are we getting our house back?" Cathy and Pablo did the same quality of work in less time. My wife likes how the tile is not sticky from using too much cleaner in the mop water, and the fragrance is light not overpowering. All the surfaces shine and furniture was vacuumed, blinds dusted, appliances wiped down, stovetop very nice now. Honestly, they did a better job that we could do.

They did an amazing job in our home that's approximately 4,000 ft. They left our house spotless, clean and did it absolutely amazing. We had another house cleaning service for 20 years. Obviously deep cleaning is just the first time, but the second time, standard stuff like dusting was missed in a lot of locations. When you book a service and pay well over $400 you expect the basics to get done. What is worse, the people checked on their check list it was done. The last time was just before I hosted a baby shower and I am so angry about how awful that cleaning was. My formal living room was not vacuumed at all, my sunroom was vacuumed half ass, there was dirt in the corners where they should haven taken out a vacuum wand. Places weren't dusted again and it felt like my floors weren't even mopped. I had to set up for a baby shower, cook for it then I had to clean myself when I paid MaidPro. I picked this company based off the Yelp reviews and this is the first time Yelp was wrong. I…read morescheduled a deep cleaning of my home prior to my baby shower to take the load off myself. The person I scheduled with sent me a list of items they cover and with that I scheduled. The tech arrived late, but I let it go once she arrived. I showed all the areas needing to be cleaned and once that was covered, I let her do her thing and stayed out of the way. I could tell based off the first room she was struggling as she was cussing to herself. The rest of the house seemed to go smoother. Once she was done, she notified me, and left. Once I walked around the house, I noticed the counters in the kitchen weren't cleaned, the top of the fridge wasn't cleaned, blinds were "cleaned" but not thoroughly or at all and what blinds were cleaned you could see where a quick swipe was done leaving dust behind. Fans were also left dirty. All things that were said to be addressed. I reached out to the company who called me back and said that because the tech was there the entire time, there would be no partial refund option and just because they say they will cover all these areas doesn't mean they will get to them in that amount of time. They did offer to send someone out later in the evening or Sunday, I explained my baby shower was Saturday, so cleaning Sunday wouldn't work nor would coming later in the evening as the person couldn't get it done right the first time. Ended up ending the call letting them know I wouldn't be recommending them due to poor customer service. Received a message on Yelp later letting me know the full balance would still be due. Don't waste your time if you want something done right.
