Let me start off with the awesome time we experienced at Mai Tai. The atmosphere was a fun and exciting especially during Brunch. They had very many mixed drinks to choose from as well as High Shelf Shot Drinks. When we ordered our food it wasn't long after that we received it even though it was crowded. The waitress was magnificent and she continuously kept coming to check on the table being we had a party of 15 for my God Daughter Birthday Brunch. The decor was very nice but the restroom needs a lot of help especially for ladies. They were lacking toilet paper with urine all over the floor which was a great turn off for the restroom looking and smelling like that. They do take reservations and deposits which will go towards your meal. If you're not doing anything during the afternoon this is a place to come and check out to give yourself a good vibe.

I am going to be 100% honest, and I hate to say that. If you want to go to a place where the food looks pretty and the DJ is great...and that's all that you care about then this is the place for you. I personally would come back to this restaurant for brunch however, I would eat before I came, and possibly smuggle in my own alcohol, because the food was not good at all. Actually let me correct that the bacon and the sausage was good, but that was it. I ordered the classic which came with pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, and a side of grits. I don't know how, but my pancakes were very dry. The eggs were overcooked in my opinion, and the grits were watery. Now the bacon and the sausage was cooked to perfection and very delicious. I also had the mai tai drink and a blue Long Island. Both of them only tasted like juice. You cannot taste any alcohol at all. The DJ was great the music perfect the service was even nice but the food was just absolutely not worth it to me at all. I will say it does look pretty. So yes, I would return to hear the DJ but that's about it. My friend got the chicken and waffles. She said that the waffles were fine but the chicken tasted like the frozen Tyson chicken tenders that you can get out of the grocery store.

Celebrated our friend's birthday here on a Sunday. The food was good for decent price. I didn't know what to expect. This was a one time experience for me. You must set a reservation for the time slots with a deposit. 12pm, 2:30, & 5:30 with a different Dj for each set and twerk contests.

Food tasty and fresh. Trap brunch vibe. Fair service. Limited parking located downtown Orlando.

Mai Thai is one of my favorite places to brunch in Orlando. They only do their brunch's on Saturday and Sunday, that I'm aware of. You'll need to purchase tickets well in advance, because their seating fills up fast. Also, if you're coming with a group, purchase all tickets together under one name, to ensure you are all seated together. Very loud music, mainly rap/hip hop, twerking contest, you name it. Drinks are always good and strong. I recommend the bottomless mimosas/sangria or their pitcher of strawberry margarita(so yummy). The chicken wings are my go to. The Mac and cheese used to be my favorite, but it's hit or miss now.

The best brunch spot in Orlando hands down! If you're looking for good food/drinks along with great music this is the spot to be on the weekends. They have 3 different time slots to choose from. Unlimited mimosas are $25 per person. My server got us our drinks and food very quickly and was around whenever we needed anything.

A pretty good place, to be quite honest I think the reason why this place is so popular is really just because of the environment and the kind of show they put on. The food is just basic, nothing to really go crazy about. But definitely what they build is an atmosphere of fun, lots of enjoyment, lots of Twerking, lots of smiles and overall fun. I would come back but not for the food. Without a doubt, it's over priced and taxed high to make money.

I randomly stopped here for brunch on a Sunday. They had a sign for unlimited mimosas which sounded good to me. When I sat down for my first drink the mimosa was not that cold and not bubbly. It was the most bland mimosa I've had. Then I ordered the chicken and waffles. When they came out my waffles were ice cold. And they looked like waffles that they just put in a toaster. The chicken was generic. The only thing I liked was the music and vibe. But the place was empty and the servers were not very attentive. Do not come here for the food or mimosas.

Great food, great vibes, great music what more can you ask for! The sweet chili wings were amazing so was the mac&cheese! Highly recommend that combo. We had 2 pitchers of Strawberry margarita which was strong and tasty. Cant wait to go back!

I was looking for a new Thai place to frequent after rocky experience at nearby Napasorn. I went to Mai Thai for the first time on a cold day in January around lunchtime. Lunch specials are between $10 and $14 and come with a ginger dressing salad or a spring roll. I ordered a Tom Yum Soup to start, and the Thai Fried Rice lunch combo. The soup was not as hot as I wanted on a cold day, but the shrimp had no tails to contend with (which is a plus for me). The fried rice was excellent, especially with a side of fish sauce. My buddy liked his Pad Thai, which I will have to try next time.

Lovely Thai food experience in Orlando. The lychee martini was exquisite! Green Curry was perfect. My friend loved her shrimp and crab Rangoon. July 6,2021

This place was a good vibe overall. I went here for a brunch day party. The food was good and the service was great. I will definitely have to visit this place the next time I'm in Orlando.

For brunch not the best scene. Food is okay because of the huge portions but not very nice inside, utensils are plastic. It looks cheap.

It is such a relaxing environment, think of this like a high end cocktail bar but for hookahs. Almost any flavor you could imagine, they have. I thought I understood the world of hookah until I came here. I left with a Masters in Hookology and I am hooked - no pun intended. The experience and service you receive here is second to none; have you ever been to a really nice restaurant where they know how to pair a nice wine to your dinner? Well they know how to pair a nice hookah with your hookah. Have you ever done hookah on hookah? I have, and it is an enlightening experience. I have found a new home to experiment with all the different flavors. Also, moving on to the food, the Plov, the napoleon cake, the Pepperoni Pizza, and the Khachipouri are things I have tried and have been blown away by. It's almost like the first time you use a bidet, mind blowing. And again, I'll bring up Hunter again, he makes you really love enjoying a hookah. Come with an open mind if you don't know what to get and trust in Hunter.

Southern comfort food as a general rule just doesn't sit well with me anymore and I'm going to be very transparent and bare my soul a little bit here but here goes . . . Ever since being on GLP1's, I've developed a really complicated relationship with comfort food. Foods that are rich, buttery, creamy or fatty now hit me completely differently than they used to. It's almost like my body immediately goes into shutdown mode afterwards. I feel heavy, exhausted and like I've instantly ballooned even if the portions themselves aren't massive. For the longest time I honestly thought it was simply the richness of the food itself but now I realize it's because my digestion just can't process heavier comfort foods the same way anymore. Suddenly... it all makes sense. The food itself here is VERY good. Properly seasoned, well prepared, beautifully presented... absolutely no complaints there whatsoever. I simply have to become more mindful and strategic now with my menu selections no matter WHERE I dine. I chose the Creekstone Farm's NY Strip with the fabulous bone marrow which I KNOW is supposed to be incredibly nutrient rich and good for you... but honestly... it just about put me under afterwards. This dinner happened thanks to Ronnald M. and his sister Teris and it was our pre-opera dinner outing before seeing the fabulous Merry Widow at the Dr. Phillips Center. The Monroe is honestly a very good pre-concert restaurant choice because of both the atmosphere and location... I'm just personally learning that this new GLP1 reality means I can't approach menus the way I used to anymore.
