The times that I went Arpi (not sure if I spelled it correctly) did my brows. She's the 2nd person I go to I normally go to a different eyebrow location I only came here because my eyebrow lady is on maternity leave. Arpi wasn't there this time it was another lady and sure enough my gut was telling me to not get them done.. sure enough I should've listened! She fucked up my brows!! I have one eyebrow that's a little shorter as it is which I'm aware of but she went over board!! It looks even shorter I can't even fill in my brows the shape just looks stupid!! I fill in my brows but I don't do them dramatically as you can see in the picture! I started coming here for all my threadings since the results were always great and I'm picky about how my eyebrows are done. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back now after three recent occurrences. The first time, I came in the middle of open hours and no one was there, no one picking up phones. Second time, a lady who wasn't usually the woman doing my eyebrows completely botched them. They were both uneven and patchy. Third time, I made an appointment and no one was there, no answering of the phone. I went on a Monday night at around 6:30pm and I didn't have to wait. The lady who did my eyebrows and upper lip was friendly and I was happy with how everything looked. She cleaned my brows up and it wasn't too painful. The eyebrows were $10 and the lip was $5. Best place! The owner is super sweet and knows exactly the way I like my brows. I get my lip done too, and they're always quick and thorough . That's the most painful part for me , I really appreciate the great work they do! Things are opening up slowly and so many of my beauty service locations didn't survive. So glad they did!
