I have visited this Ross twice in the past 3 days and have happily walked away with 3 new shirts, a skirt, some pajama pants, and several other items. This location of Ross is also much neater than most other locations with clothes hung in the correct sizing section, for the most part. The only confusing area was the shoes where the sizes seemed to overlap one another & not be located in the correct area between sizes 9-10. With the prices at Ross, combined with the vast selection of items, it's most likely that I will return to this location the next time I'm in Illinois.

The staff were extremely disorganized in figuring out how to handle this. Not very confidence inspiring! I now drive to the Bloomington or Decatur TJMAXX, although this type of incident seems to happen anywhere these days. Just relieved that no guns were displayed.
