Of all my vehicles, I've never owned an Acura, and last year I made a deal with Crown Acura's General Sales Manager Sophie Morris and her team for a 2025 RDX. Over the past year, I've had several opportunities to interact with this dealership and observe Acura General Manager Sophie Morris at work. What impresses me most is that she is constantly looking and listening for ways to make the dealership run smoother, more efficiently, and ultimately better for the customer. Sophie is proactive. She pays attention, recognizes problems and opportunities, and looks for ways to improve things rather than simply walking past them. That is what good management is all about. Acura of Clearwater is fortunate to have Sophie Morris in a leadership position. After nearly 60 vehicles and more dealership experiences than I can count, I don't give praise like this lightly. Sophie Morris has earned it. Mark / Clearwater, Florida

They even found damage that the preowned dealership had lied to me about. I cannot say enough about them. They are the gold standard for auto repair shops and mechanics. I wish I would have come here sooner because my experience beginning to end was amazing. Anibal showed me the CHR, which was in truly pristine condition. I couldn't find a scratch or dent anywhere, unlike other CHRs I'd seen with some obvious wear / imperfections at other dealers. The tires were new and the battery was new / recently put in. The test drive went great, the car drove beautifully and it was actually a fun ride. Anibal was great to work with! I was up front with Anibal about the price point I needed, and he was up front with me about what he's capable of doing. I think he was quite reasonable in what he offered, so I happily bought the car right then and there! The purchase went quickly. I dropped off my current vehicle at home and took an Uber back to the dealership, during that time Anibal had the car cleaned again just to make sure it was perfect! The entire experience was great. I don't have a single comment or complaint. Anibal was honest and up front about what's possible and even helped me with the buying process because it was a little unfamiliar to me. I've heard great things about Fitzgerald Subaru and now I see why! A friend of mine leases their car through them exclusively, and another friend bought their pre-owned Jeep from them a few weeks ago. As someone who has been to several dealerships between Tampa & Clearwater, I can say this dealership was a breath of fresh air. Anibal was seriously great to work with, I cannot say it enough. He is what made the experience great, and the car has been a dream to have. I've had no issues since my purchase, the car is perfect. Fitzgerald Subaru, I hope you know how great Anibal is! I cannot say enough good things about Supreme Autocare…read more I had my Mercedes GLB towed there when my check engine light started flashing, and from the very beginning the experience was exceptional. Chris went above and beyond to explain everything to me from start to finish -- in terms I could actually understand. He was patient, thorough, and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. The communication was excellent the entire time my car was there, which gave me so much peace of mind. The technician, Matt, was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue but didn't do anything unnecessary just to run up a bill. They were honest and efficient, which ultimately saved me money. What truly impressed me, though, was Chris's integrity. Once they identified the problem, instead of simply fixing it and charging me, he took the time to research and discovered that Mercedes had a coverage extension that would pay for the repair if I brought it to the dealership. He even told me exactly what to say when I called Mercedes. Because of him, I ended up saving about $7,000 on that repair. It's rare to find a shop that prioritizes honesty over profit like that. Supreme Autocare has absolutely earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
