There is someone underneath the bay ready and waiting to drain the oil. Someone above ground is changing your oil, topping off your windshield wiper fluid, and checking the air in your tires and refilling if needed. I was there and done within about 7-8 minutes. They even showed me the dip stick to show me the new and clean oil. They put a new sticker on my window and reset my oil gauge. I would highly recommend!

I had a battery replaced here about 2 yrs ago when my parents were in town. Welp...my dad used his phone number for the registration on the battery. I told the Manager there the situation that I was currently going through, verified my Dad's old phone number and boom, replaced the battery without even asking anything else. I asked if I had to do any paperwork, etc and he said "Nope! You're good I'll take care of the rest, have a great day." Any other store would have given the warranty run-around and I am certain I would have had to pay for a new battery even this one technically was still under warranty. I was told that my oil was very dark, and they advised me to get an oil/motor flush if I intended to keep my car for any length of time, and that it had to be done before changing the oil, I told them to take care of it. It cost an additional $135 for this service.... Later that evening, something did not sit well with me this due to the fact that no mechanic had ever suggested this service for any vehicle that I ever previously owned. I checked the Internet and found that every authority on Google, YouTube, and Reddit, advised that this was NOT a necessary service for my vehicle. It also mentioned that on older car (mine is a 2015) that any deposit on seals could be removed with the cleaners used possibly creating leaks... My mistake was that I did not call my mechanic of 35 plus years at home, when they advised me to get the additional work done. When I called him this morning he told me that this was "snake oil", that service centers try to add this on to charge you for an additional service. I went back today and talked to Jacob, at Service masters, and told him that I felt that I was taking advantage of. He said that they feel that it is an added service that benefits your car and that they " stand behind their products and will continue to recommend them"... I learned a available lesson, to check on all add on service work before you have them done at a service center that you've never used before...

I want to share our experience with Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair so other people can make an…read moreinformed decision. We brought our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe to this shop to have three tires installed and the vehicle inspected. After the work was completed, my boyfriend immediately noticed a loud noise coming from the wheel area and told the mechanic he was worried the wheel might fall off. The mechanic assured him twice that the car was completely safe to drive and that we had nothing to worry about. Shortly after leaving the shop, the driver-side wheel actually detached while the vehicle was in motion, creating an extremely dangerous situation and causing an accident. We then had the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic, who confirmed that the issue was caused by improperly installed lug nuts (either over-tightened or loose). When we returned to the shop after the accident, an employee admitted that under normal safety procedures they would never allow a customer to leave without signing a document stating the vehicle was unsafe to drive. This directly contradicted what we were told when the car was released to us. Because of this negligence we incurred significant expenses including: * repair costs * towing three times * rental car costs * increased insurance premiums * and nine months without reliable use of our vehicle, forcing us to rely on rideshare transportation. We attempted to resolve this matter directly with the company and sent a formal demand letter, but have received no response. This situation was extremely stressful and dangerous, and it could have been much worse if the wheel had detached on a highway or caused a more serious accident. I hope the company takes safety procedures more seriously in the future so no one else experiences something like this.
