Auto...Parts! this particular store is very nice, and I go out of my way to go here rather than other big named stores in the area. I had a battery replaced here about 2 yrs ago when my parents were in town. Welp...my dad used his phone number for the registration on the battery. I told the Manager there the situation that I was currently going through, verified my Dad's old phone number and boom, replaced the battery without even asking anything else. I asked if I had to do any paperwork, etc and he said "Nope! You're good I'll take care of the rest, have a great day." Any other store would have given the warranty run-around and I am certain I would have had to pay for a new battery even this one technically was still under warranty. I've been here several times over the years for random Auto-Parts needs and everyone at this location is great. Thanks O'Reilly!

Autozone offers a free code scanning service but this location wouldn't do it. My wife went in to…read moreask and the woman told her, "It's not going to tell you anything different than what your dashboard is telling you. Just take it to a mechanic." UM....the point of getting the scan done is to be a little more knowledgeable so either a) You can purchase a part from Autozone and DIY or b) Be more informed when/if you need to go to a mechanic. We totally understand that AutoZone doesn't do full diagnostics, but we've always taken our vehicle to at least get a scan. It's fine if they stop providing the service but tell us instead of providing a condescending response.

When I stopped by, the tech said my tires were leaking again due to nails -- which they already knew about the first time -- and claimed they'd now "plug them." I assumed they were correcting their mistake. Instead, without any warning, they slapped me with another $70 charge. When I politely questioned it, the man behind the counter snatched my receipt, ripped it in half, threw it at me, and screamed, "You bitches think everything is free," followed by calling me a "dumb bitch" and telling me to "get the f*** out and never come back." As a woman alone, I felt completely disrespected and unsafe. No customer should ever be spoken to that way -- period. Their lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic decency is disgusting. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone -- especially women -- to avoid this place at all costs.
