Brought the paperwork to Advance, with all the proof, vin #, date and failed description, they said they couldn't replace the battery because their device was prompting them to 'good' battery. Unbelievable ! I will take my business elsewhere. The service personnel said they lose money if they made an exchange on a good battery. Bunch of "BULL" but I'm glad to know where customers stand with them.

The employee, Kevin, almost seemed offended that I was there, and then was super quiet, and when he did speak it felt like he had an attitude, very uninformative about what was going on or what steps he's taking next, even thought I was standing right there by the counter. Highly recommend some retraining on the customer service aspect of the job. I would NOT take my personal vehicle here for work, I feel like I'd end up frustrated with the lack of communication

The staff was friendly enough, but when they tried to remove the wheel, they had to use a special key that fit the wheel lock, which I supplied to them. They proceeded to wreck the key but using the air drill, so the key got stripped. They called me and I said I had another key. I drove back, gave them the backup key and while I was there, I saw them with the air drill trying to remove the lock and they stripped the replacement key as well. Good thing I had a second backup. They made no offer to pay to replace the ruined keys, instead saying that they could remove the lug for $50 to 'repair' the issue. I told them to return my car. I didn't want them to touch it after that. I will take it to a reliable mechanic to have the flat fixed.

One week ago my wife got 2 new tires they said after calling them 2days prior to bring the car in…read morebetween 8am&9am we got there around 9am& she said we had a 8am appt o.k. so at 3:30 we called to see if they were done yet & they said they just got the tires & it would be another hour o.k. then at 4:45 got a call to pick it up$550 later my wife brings it back because tire pressure light was blinking they told her it would turn off after she drove it so after driving it to work & back the day light was still on so I bring it back he said he would fix it no charge so they tell me the tire sensor battery was bad & needed to be replaced at my cost so they told me they put the old sensors back on my new tires so its my dime o.k. they also gave me a list of things that needed to be repaired like shocks & struts ECT! not anything about tire sensors(scam) so why would anybody in their right mind think you would have them fix anything else if they cant even do tires right never ever going back there again!!!

Chris went above and beyond to explain everything to me from start to finish -- in terms I could actually understand. He was patient, thorough, and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. The communication was excellent the entire time my car was there, which gave me so much peace of mind. The technician, Matt, was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue but didn't do anything unnecessary just to run up a bill. They were honest and efficient, which ultimately saved me money. What truly impressed me, though, was Chris's integrity. Once they identified the problem, instead of simply fixing it and charging me, he took the time to research and discovered that Mercedes had a coverage extension that would pay for the repair if I brought it to the dealership. He even told me exactly what to say when I called Mercedes. Because of him, I ended up saving about $7,000 on that repair. It's rare to find a shop that prioritizes honesty over profit like that.
