And after I figured out how to check the oil I asked him if he could tell me if it's low ( if so i was going to buy some ) and he said ' I only do things that in my pay grade . ' I wasn't sure if it was low or not so I ended up buying some oil in case and poured it into my vehicle. He didn't want to tell me what to look for or anything . And the worst thing is when I asked what should I do now cause it literally said to stop engine . He proceeds to tell me ' as long as I'm not taking a 5 hr road trip I should be good for another month' I really hope that is not how he treat females when they come in the that's very uncalled very unprofessional to say that you don't do anything above your grade when just a simple gesture to let me know if the oil was low or not would've been very helpful.

I drove to Miami (over 10 hours there and back) with my car like that. Then after they replaced the brake systems and the axel I had to go back bc they were still making noise. Supposedly they were "fixed". Then when I picked up my car, as I was leaving the parking lot, I noticed 2 lights on the dash were lit up. I went back in to the location and told them about the lights. I was told to ignore it. The lights are on for a reason. Even tho they had "comped" some of the services that has no baring especially when I still am concerned about my brakes and the safety of my car.  My family has been customers of tires plus for decades. The way this was handled was awful. I even spoke to MaryAnn the "area manager" who told me everything would be taken care of. Clearly since my brakes still sound like shit, it was not. We have shared this experience with the rest of our family (that spreads across the US) as well as all our friends and neighbors. We will not be using Tiresplus in the future.

Usually they have 2 registers going when i swing by, anywhere from 9-11 and the wait varies. One time i waited 12 minutes just to ring up some oil and go, another time I was in and out 5 minutes. The store workers are also the cashiers and if some guy has them running to get filters and mufflers and look up the price of a starter for a 1986 Gmc Safari; you could be there a while. 80% of the time i am in and out no sweat, depends on what time you go i suppose. Chris went above and beyond to explain everything to me from start to finish -- in terms I could actually understand. He was patient, thorough, and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. The communication was excellent the entire time my car was there, which gave me so much peace of mind. The technician, Matt, was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue but didn't do anything unnecessary just to run up a bill. They were honest and efficient, which ultimately saved me money. What truly impressed me, though, was Chris's integrity. Once they identified the problem, instead of simply fixing it and charging me, he took the time to research and discovered that Mercedes had a coverage extension that would pay for the repair if I brought it to the dealership. He even told me exactly what to say when I called Mercedes. Because of him, I ended up saving about $7,000 on that repair. It's rare to find a shop that prioritizes honesty over profit like that. Supreme Autocare has absolutely earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We brought our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe to this shop to have three tires installed and the vehicle inspected. After the work was completed, my boyfriend immediately noticed a loud noise coming from the wheel area and told the mechanic he was worried the wheel might fall off. The mechanic assured him twice that the car was completely safe to drive and that we had nothing to worry about. Shortly after leaving the shop, the driver-side wheel actually detached while the vehicle was in motion, creating an extremely dangerous situation and causing an accident. We then had the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic, who confirmed that the issue was caused by improperly installed lug nuts (either over-tightened or loose). When we returned to the shop after the accident, an employee admitted that under normal safety procedures they would never allow a customer to leave without signing a document stating the vehicle was unsafe to drive. This directly contradicted what we were told when the car was released to us. Because of this negligence we incurred significant expenses including: * repair costs * towing three times * rental car costs * increased insurance premiums * and nine months without reliable use of our vehicle, forcing us to rely on rideshare transportation. We attempted to resolve this matter directly with the company and sent a formal demand letter, but have received no response. This situation was extremely stressful and dangerous, and it could have been much worse if the wheel had detached on a highway or caused a more serious accident. I hope the company takes safety procedures more seriously in the future so no one else experiences something like this.
