Aaron told me the price of the tires, and the total price with labor. His price was much better than another tire place and my Hyundai dealership. But he didn't have the tires yet. About 2 hours later, he called me back to let me know that he ordered them and if I came in Friday, 6/10, at 8AM, they could check my tires, patch them if they could be patched, and if not, put on new tires. When I got to TK this morning, Yesenia did my paperwork. She was friendly and efficient. Aaron introduced himself, and one of the techs took my keys to get started. I went home, & 90 minutes later Yesenia called to say they patched one, but I needed a new tire on the other side. It had been patched in March, and they had said it might not hold. It held for 3 months, but no more. She gave me a new total - less than the estimate she'd given me this morning for 2 new tires. After another 90 minutes, she called to tell me my car was ready. Back at TK, Yesenia gave me the paperwork, explained how road hazard insurance works (all Tire Kingdoms and NTB Centers outside of FL). I paid her, and was on my way by 11:45! I was impressed with efficiency, prices, and professionalism. I will be back! Fun fact: In the 70s in college, my roommate's father was Sam Behr, the "Tires ain't pretty!" spokesman for Tire Kingdom. Always liked those ads and Tire Kingdom!

Mavis staff came over and assessed the tire, provided us with options to fix it and even jacked the car up to remove the cut tire right in the parking lot. The staff could not have been more friendly or attentive. Luckily the waiting room was air conditioned, so we were able to get out of the heat and sun until the tire was fixed. Needless to say, we were thrilled with the service and the way we were treated. We could not ask for a better experience.

I brought my 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander to the Mavis Oldsmar location because one of my tires had…read morea screw in it. Because of the significant pressure loss, I wanted the tire fixed as soon as possible. I called the location at 9:34am on 8/12 and was told to bring the car and they would take care of it right away. I was told I did not need an appointment. I was there within 15 minutes. When I arrived, I was told by Jeremy the wait would be approximately 30 minutes. After a few minutes Jeremy told me it was actually going to be an hour because someone had left. I waited for an hour and a half. After that entire wait, I looked outside and my vehicle was still sitting exactly where I had parked it. No one had even looked at the vehicle. At least 4 cars that came in after me, were serviced before me. I went to the counter and asked for my keys because I was going to take my vehicle somewhere else. Travis was at the counter at this point. He told me he would take the car right away and do it himself and he was sorry he didn't know what happened. Jeremy came back into the waiting area and started to argue with me about the wait time. Denying he told me it would be 30 minutes twice. Indicating he told me it was going to be over an hour and that I didn't have an appointment. He was the one that I spoke to before I went to the shop and he is the one that told me I didn't need any appointment. He told me to go somewhere else when I asked for my keys. I completely understand that a busy shop can experience delays. What I don't understand is telling a customer the wait will be 30 minutes, allowing them to wait 90 minutes without even looking at their vehicle, and then arguing with them. I'm appalled at the way Jeremy spoke to me and treated me. After all of that, Travis told me I needed a new tire because of where the screw was located. After all of that, I never got the tire fixed because I refused to spend a dollar in a place where I was treated so poorly. Especially when I did my due diligence and called before I went there. The lack of communication and especially the employee's attitude and response were unacceptable. I hope Mavis corporate management addresses this because customers should be treated with professionalism and respect, even when a location is busy.

The tire…read morehad zero loss of pressure the entire time -- I just wanted it properly repaired before a long road trip. They started work quickly, and unfortunately that's where the positive experience ended. Almost immediately, they came back claiming the screw had hit the sidewall and that the entire tire needed to be replaced for $443. Mind you, these tires are only about six months old. Given the location of the screw and the fact that the tire never lost pressure for weeks, this seemed highly questionable. They also recommended replacing the air filter, which admittedly did need to be changed. Since I declined the unnecessary tire replacement, they said they would "vacuum out" the filter and reinstall it so it would be "good enough." My fiancé planned to replace it himself anyway. When my fiancé inspected the tire afterward, he noticed they never even removed the tire from the wheel to properly inspect it internally before recommending full replacement. For context: my fiancé is capable of repairing tires himself, but because the tire was fairly new, he specifically wanted it professionally patched from the inside. After another tire shop failed to honor appointments, he finally decided to just handle it himself. To make matters worse, a couple walked in right after me and were told the exact same thing -- "the nail hit the sidewall, the tire needs replacing." What happened to Goodyear? They used to be honest, efficient, and known for terrific customer service. They once had a loyal customer in me. I will not be returning.
