Auto partial repaint - Handley Automotive in Safety Harbor…read more I needed a repaint of my hood due to clear coat peeling - Range Rover. Handley Automotive was reasonable compared to other auto body shops. Some shops wouldn't even quote as it was too small of a job for them. Handley removed the hood sanded to base coat, sealed, sprayed new base coat and finished with clear coat. It came out flawless and matched the color perfectly they even provided a touch up vial for other flaws on my vehicle. Handley Automotive 401 10th Ave S Safety Harbor

I cannot say enough good things about Supreme Autocare…read more I had my Mercedes GLB towed there when my check engine light started flashing, and from the very beginning the experience was exceptional. Chris went above and beyond to explain everything to me from start to finish -- in terms I could actually understand. He was patient, thorough, and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. The communication was excellent the entire time my car was there, which gave me so much peace of mind. The technician, Matt, was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue but didn't do anything unnecessary just to run up a bill. They were honest and efficient, which ultimately saved me money. What truly impressed me, though, was Chris's integrity. Once they identified the problem, instead of simply fixing it and charging me, he took the time to research and discovered that Mercedes had a coverage extension that would pay for the repair if I brought it to the dealership. He even told me exactly what to say when I called Mercedes. Because of him, I ended up saving about $7,000 on that repair. It's rare to find a shop that prioritizes honesty over profit like that. Supreme Autocare has absolutely earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The dealership has that friendly, family-owned feel with no hard selling. They did offer a good warranty package which ultimately, I turned it down, but I still received a couple years of free oil changes which was a nice touch! I was told that my oil was very dark, and they advised me to get an oil/motor flush if I intended to keep my car for any length of time, and that it had to be done before changing the oil, I told them to take care of it. It cost an additional $135 for this service.... Later that evening, something did not sit well with me this due to the fact that no mechanic had ever suggested this service for any vehicle that I ever previously owned. I checked the Internet and found that every authority on Google, YouTube, and Reddit, advised that this was NOT a necessary service for my vehicle. It also mentioned that on older car (mine is a 2015) that any deposit on seals could be removed with the cleaners used possibly creating leaks... My mistake was that I did not call my mechanic of 35 plus years at home, when they advised me to get the additional work done. When I called him this morning he told me that this was "snake oil", that service centers try to add this on to charge you for an additional service. I went back today and talked to Jacob, at Service masters, and told him that I felt that I was taking advantage of. He said that they feel that it is an added service that benefits your car and that they " stand behind their products and will continue to recommend them"... I learned a available lesson, to check on all add on service work before you have them done at a service center that you've never used before...

After paying another repair shop over $1,000.00 for repairs that did not cure the problem, Darin Harris identified the problem as a bad ECU and changed it out for a re-built CEU from a reputable company.
