When I stopped by, the tech said my tires were leaking again due to nails -- which they already knew about the first time -- and claimed they'd now "plug them." I assumed they were correcting their mistake. Instead, without any warning, they slapped me with another $70 charge. When I politely questioned it, the man behind the counter snatched my receipt, ripped it in half, threw it at me, and screamed, "You bitches think everything is free," followed by calling me a "dumb bitch" and telling me to "get the f*** out and never come back." As a woman alone, I felt completely disrespected and unsafe. No customer should ever be spoken to that way -- period. Their lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic decency is disgusting. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone -- especially women -- to avoid this place at all costs.

I came in the store and told him that my check engine light…read morecame on and it said ' engine oil pressure low .. stop engine ' so he asked if I checked the oil and I said no cause I didn't know where to check it so he puts my car on the machine and told me to google the codes instead of telling me what they meant. And after I figured out how to check the oil I asked him if he could tell me if it's low ( if so i was going to buy some ) and he said ' I only do things that in my pay grade . ' I wasn't sure if it was low or not so I ended up buying some oil in case and poured it into my vehicle. He didn't want to tell me what to look for or anything . And the worst thing is when I asked what should I do now cause it literally said to stop engine . He proceeds to tell me ' as long as I'm not taking a 5 hr road trip I should be good for another month' I really hope that is not how he treat females when they come in the that's very uncalled very unprofessional to say that you don't do anything above your grade when just a simple gesture to let me know if the oil was low or not would've been very helpful.

He followed up throughout the process, tracked delivery and sent pictures of the car when it arrived. When I came to the dealership to take delivery - I traded in my car, signed paperwork, transferred plates, walked thru the features and out the door in less than 2 hours! All in All - very painless. He also followed up post purchase. I drive an extra 20-30 minutes past the MB @ Tampa to get my car serviced in Clearwater.

He and a tech who was standing explained to me about the differences in MOPAR coolant and advised I get a flush. I popped across the lot to the service lanes and was greeted by very friendly people, Briana and Conner, who were both very helpful, very pleasant and cheerful. He said he thought I did have the right coolant in my vehicle even though it wasn't purple (apparently it can change color over time or come out of the factory in a different shade) and even went and double checked with tech. Just to be safe I went ahead and did a coolant flush and it was easy to make an appointment and they had it done about 40 minutes after my appointment time.

AEB I don't know where they got this price. Then a new aux battery was dead so I had to buy one from them & it was quoted at $528 then they came back with another part that they damaged because they did not put it on a lift which means they had to take the main battery and fuse box out to get to the aux. So I ended up paying $801they are dishonest and thieves. Then I called the Service Manager who agreed with the dishonesty so it states from the top. I am not done BBB next and the news.
