When I politely questioned it, the man behind the counter snatched my receipt, ripped it in half, threw it at me, and screamed, "You bitches think everything is free," followed by calling me a "dumb bitch" and telling me to "get the f*** out and never come back." As a woman alone, I felt completely disrespected and unsafe. No customer should ever be spoken to that way -- period. Their lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic decency is disgusting. And after I figured out how to check the oil I asked him if he could tell me if it's low ( if so i was going to buy some ) and he said ' I only do things that in my pay grade . ' I wasn't sure if it was low or not so I ended up buying some oil in case and poured it into my vehicle. He didn't want to tell me what to look for or anything . And the worst thing is when I asked what should I do now cause it literally said to stop engine .
