They were extremely nice and pretty quick. And the out the door price was super reasonable!! Not being from the area I went to Pep boys first. Let me tell you, there was a couple hour wait and the first tire(cheaper one) suddenly wasn't available. The out the door price was crazy!!! I googled (tire shops) and this one had awesome reviews. The Sales Associate Nick was amazing we purchased a Groupon for an alignment not realizing we needed new tires. After they did the alignment and told us we needed new tires they said to come back once we got new tires and they would honor the original payment again. I purchased four rims ($1800) from RNR for a 2003 Lexus SC430. When I picked up the car, they told me they'd broken the RR TPMS sensors. Instead of them ordering it and correcting their mistake, they said I needed to purchase a programmed TPMS sensor, and they'd reimburse me and install it. Not happy but offering up to $100 reimburse. I got a programmed sensor from RockAuto for $68.00. I called RNR to schedule an appointment for 2:00 yesterday. I dropped the car off counter guy said it would take about an hour. I saw it would take longer and went home and asked them to call me when done. They called at 5:20, saying it was ready. I said I'd pick when they opened. I was there at nine and was told there was some misunderstanding, and they hadn't installed the TPMS sensors and would get on it right now. Before the counter person could reimburse me for sensors, they pulled the car out (less than 15 minutes) and said it was ready. He told me the light and the aggravating beeping sound would go off after driving it a few minutes. Four hours later, the light annoying beeping sound continued. I called RNR they said I could have purchased a non-programmed sensor, which they could have seen from the invoice. Then they said the sensor wasn't reading something like the dog ate my homework. Finally, admitting they didn't have a diagnostic tester/scan TPMS tool for the 2002 to 2006 Lexus SC430. If they'd told me that when it happened, I would have taken it to someone who could and got reimbursed by RNR. Now I have to go to a Toyota Lexus dealer or an actual tire store and pay them to fix the RNR mistake. read more

I took my truck to get new tires installed and all was good......till a few days later I noticed damage to my wheel. I took my truck back to the store to show them and give them a chance to make it right by replacing the wheel. They didn't want any part of it. Unfortunately for them, I have 4 other cars I wont be taking to them. Highly disappointed! $200.00 used factory wheel on ebay would've kept me as a customer. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had taken my car in for a front end alignment and waited a couple hrs. They handed me a printout, said your car is within spec, rung me up & sent me on my way. Clearly they didn't DRIVE my car to test it bc they would've known immediately that it still wasn't in alignment! When I went back today & explained why I was there, the new guy said that they should be able to accommodate me bc the 11 appt. had canceled. He went to find out when the tech would be done on his current job & the Mgr. came out. I explained again why I was there & he looked at my printout from Friday & said would you like me to book you an appt. for later this afternoon? I said, so I have to wait??? He said, well, the tech has about an hour left on his current job and then the 12:00 appt would be in, so do you want me to book you for later this afternoon?? Dude, if it'd been done right to begin with I wouldn't be here now... but I have to wait?!?!!? I don't think so~ More than their unaccommadating manner, the thing that really set me off was the dismissive attitude from the mgr. He could've cared less about "trying" to make me a happy customer. He really acted like he could give a s%÷t. I just wish I'd had the presence of mind to demand a refund, since I'll be going elsewhere to get it done! THIS PLACE DESERVES NEGATIVE STARS. I honestly think I am mentally traumatized from dealing with this location and their employees and people they call "management." I have been a little behind on payments (literally 1 week maybe max 2) and that's because I just moved so money has gotten extremely tight. I have dealt with the MANAGER constantly calling, texting, blowing up my phone all hours of the day and everyday THREATENING to take legal action against me unless I pay them immediately. Like I am working a normal job I can't just answer your phone call and go back and forth arguing with you for hours about my payment and trying to call the cops on me. I have been sent statutes, threats of legal action everyday for no reason, and even more. The manager accuses me of not wanting to pay even though I will literally be discussing making a payment with them and they get mad and say things like "If you can't pay on time we can't do business this is rent to own" or "I did nothing wrong to you" (um yeah you are literally being a fkn d*ck bro. There was so much more I can't even type it all. Then I asked for them to email my contract back and they told me to go into the store because it takes 2 minutes. LIKE NO. First off then I would have to drive there maybe I'm busy with life and work and my kids and it takes two minutes or less to email it. GOD the unprofessionalism is OUTRAGEOUS at this place. They will make your life a living hell. Do your mental health a favor and don't go here!!!!!!!!!!!! An actual living nightmare. Long story short I paid my total balance before my 6 months no interest was up. I actually discovered I had overpaid and it was like pulling teeth to get the manager Ace to call me back. I eventually got refunded what I overpaid along with some fees my husband found that I should have never been charged. Months later I'm still getting texts from them saying I owed them despite calling and asking those texts to be disabled. Major said to me at one point "I'm sorry! I see right here ma'am that your account was settled." Imagine my shock was when a random 20 charge hit my account today 3 months later. After investigating I see they charged me last month and the month before. When I called they said I didn't pay in 6 months so now I'm on an 18 month plan and owe $1000. And suprise suprise id have to wait for the owner to call me which never happened before. Good thing I kept all bank statements etc and have all the proof I need, but now am paranoid they will take my tires. Seriously save yourself the headache and stress. They're a scam! read more

Oh they'll give you tires if you need them...not good tires mind you, but you'll get tires. God forbid you are $16 late though, because they're sending someone to your house to collect them. Just fought a guy in the parking lot of my complex over $38 so he wouldn't take the tires off of my car. This is AFTER I received an "Okay" from the account management staff when advising I would pay my account to current on Wednesday (four days from now). Apparently, "Okay" actually meant "Okay, we're coming to repo your tires!" Luckily, I came home mid-shift to let my dogs out because according to the "corporate" guy who came to take my tires, they would have charged me with a felon next week. Classy. Avoid this place at ALL cost. If you MUST get tires here because you're in a bad situation make sure you read ALL the paperwork and pay them off RIGHT away. You do NOT want to deal with these people more than you have to; They are downright awful. read more
