Ryan Salino, the gentleman that greeted me, was very helpful and willing to take the time to explain the dealership policies and the great level of care that they take to ensure clients are satisfied with their purchase (3 days return policy, financing selection and 3-day possible change, not working for commission, lowest advertized price possible (no haggling), etc.). I initially went to the dealership simply to have a look at a used Prius V Two that was advertized on their website, but after discussing with Ryan and seeing the great incentives that Maguire was offering on a specific new Prius V Two, I took the latter for a test drive in the surrounding countryside and loved it. My wife and I ended up visiting the dealership again the next day where Ryan walked us through the processes (insurance, financing, extra protection, etc.) and, a few hours later, we drove away in our brand new car! The person at Maguire told me they could fix the seatbelt, but they also recommended that I change out the air filters. I knew the air filters were unnecessary, because I just had the car inspected at Midas, and they didn't mention anything about the filters. But the Maguire people said they would do it all (seatbelt + filters) for $135, so I figured it was worth it just to get it fixed and get out of there. I made sure to confirm the price, saying, "$135 for everything?" The person confirmed, "$135 total." Here is what they ended up charging me: Labor to untwist the seat belt: $100 Cabin air filter: $32.35 Labor to replace cabin air filter: $45 Engine air filter: $36.25 Labor to replace engine air filter: $40 Total, including tax: $273.78 Is it unreasonable to assume that "total" includes the price of labor? It felt very dishonest to me. I'm giving two stars instead of one, because they did fix the seat belt at least, which Midas wasn't able to do.

I have 6 months left on my lease and will not be getting another Audi vehicle, because of this. I have 2 appointments with nearby BMW dealerships who are much too eager to help, why should I stay with this brand? I think this dealership dropped the ball and should be talked to about the way they do business and treat their customers.

A week ago, I had my winter tires changed to my all-season tires, and went grocery shopping afterwards. When I got home, I noticed a scuff mark all along the body of my car. Thinking this may have happened at the dealership, I immediately drove back. I spoke to the General Manager, Brian Vorhis, who reviewed my video taped visit. It showed me driving away in an unscathed car. He said that it appears that while I was shopping, someone recklessly hit the side of my car with their shopping car. Since my car insurance has a $500.00 deductible, Brian suggested that it might be wise for me to stop by Maguire Chevrolet Cadillac Body Shop next door before involving my car insurance, to get an estimate of cost repair there first. I took his advice, and dealt with Edward Rogers, the Body Shop Manager. This gentleman took a look at the damage, and immediately said that it appears that the paint was scraped off, he would like to see if he can buff it out. And, amazingly, it worked! When I thanked him profusely, Mr. Rogers said "I always do the right thing by our customers", and refused any payment. They didnt fix it, they cleaned my truck half-ass and in the process broke my floor mat holder on the driver side. The door they repaired leaks air into the cabin and has a constant whistling noise when driving. I found glue in my driver side mirror from them trying to fix there piss poor job. They most definitely broke the mirror in the process of swapping it. This company does nothing for there customers and dont own there mistakes. Shop looks like the work they put out. Run-down​​

it all started with the car i wanted that was advertised was not on the lot…read more then manager doing the high pressure sales pitch for extended warranty. told them what bank i wanted to use. got ready to sign and they had loan through bank in roc -must be getting a kick back from them. let it slide then refinanced to the bank i wanted my trade in only had 49000 miles on it needed muffler repair book value about $3000 only offered $100 gas tank wouldn't open-fixed my self car was from fla still think it was hurricane flood car should of walked on this deal left there feeling like i got royally screwed then a year later i went to get it inspected 1.the tires had special lug nuts -no special tool was found in car 2.wouldnt pass inspection window tint too dark 3.2- dry rot tires-$800.00 this car passed inspected a year earlier only drove it 2000 miles WTF reached out to dealership with my concerns .was told my e-mail would be sent to management-No reply what so ever dead silence still feeling like i got taken bought a number of cars over the years here....NEVER AGAIN
