Great Indian style veggie pizza. This family is very kind and always provides great customer service and prompt delivery.

They are letting their kids run around and scream while people are trying to enjoy their food and a kitchen worker also has slippers on with no socks in the kitchen the food was good but seeing her wear no socks with slippers that expose your toes is nasty that's why this is one star read more

Again, delicious pizza! The crust was crispy, toppings were fresh and generous, and the flavor was amazing! Ordering for the second time in a short period and Magoo's Pizza definitely delivered freshness, taste, and quality again! read more

Excellent pizza and the owners are always super helpful and friendly. It's our neighborhood pizza spot.

Excellent service, food tasted so good, and fast delivery with hot food. Excellent pizza!

Absolutely delicious pizza! Generous with their toppings. The sauce to cheese ratio is just about perfect. Also, don't sleep on their sub sandwiches. Pastrami is , hubby loves the salami. The customer service is great, they had our names down the second time we went! Very friendly family just trying to make a living and raise a beautiful family. read more

Great pizza and great service. I believe they have 3 locations in Bakersfield. I have visited two, both have games for kids and TV for adults. read more

Best pizza and service every single time! The toppings are always generous, perfectly cheesy, and the crust is cooked just right. The team is so nice, friendly, and welcoming -- it's always such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend! read more

This restaurant needs a lot of TLC. The establishment is run by a friendly family, making the service decent however, food can sometimes be a hit and miss. It's a great place to catch up on some football and I've seen plenty of parties hosted. we only really return because it's better than the very few pizza spots in our neighborhood. read more

Can't go wrong with Magoo's. Always a great tasting pizza. Loaded with toppings. Always the combo pizza with a side of the creamy garlic sauce. The sauce is a must, it's like crack, haha. I've always had fast and friendly service, whether I'm eating there or grabbing it to go. Inside is like any other pizza place, tv's and plenty of seating. Oh and they have fantastic potato wedges too. read more

Always amazing service as well as fantastic pizza, we've made magoos a family gathering location for years

I have been ordering pizza for over 25 years at this Magoo's . The owners are very nice people. I have never had a bad pizza or chicken or anything that wasn't always delicious.. What makes their pizza different than a lot of other places is the sauce and the crust and they're not stingy with the toppings ..so great service and great food. That's why I've been coming here for years. They deserve a five star.... read more

Dang the pizza is soooooo good until I saw a dead roach smashed on the top of the box. This was my husband's fav pizza place to eat at. The service is amazing and the food is fresh. It's a family spot. I'm so sad that I can't eat there anymore just thinking about roaches being in my food. It was a baby roach too . read more

This is one of the best pizza places in Bakersfield. The people that work there are nice and friendly and the food is great and affordable. I always get a cheese pizza and a vegetarian pizza. Their veggie pizza is probably the best I've every had, the mix of the vegetables work well together and they are baked to the perfect texture/consistency, other places I've had always have soggy vegetables that lack in flavor or color. But that has never been the case here! read more

Haven't been here in years but today I'm glad I stopped by. The staff was super friendly and happy. All the ingredients used in the pizza were outstanding. The pizza crust was medium thick and just the right consistency from center to edge making eating the outside crust enjoyable. The potato wedges were tasty as well. The only thing I can say which may or may not be an issue for some is that the ranch sauce was on the thinner side. Also large amount of room and televisions to watch multiple games on inside. Service, taste and value will have me returning. read more

We don't eat pizza often, but when we do, we often order from Magoo's at Fairfax and Auburn (see XX commercials). They don't get enough credit! They offer a white garlic sauce, which is delicious. My only complaint/recommendation is a thin crust option! PLEASE! read more

Probably my favorite pizza spot very good pizza; returning customer I'll definitely be back again for social gatherings

Ordered a Hawaiian for my kids and they put jalapeños on it. I understand people make mistakes but it's so inconvenient when this is my kids dinner and we live far. I can't just pack up my 10 month old and 2 year old and run back to the restaurant easily. They said they'd put a ticket in the back so I could get a free pizza next time, the "free" pizza being the correct pizza I ordered. I wish they made me feel better about the inconvenience but when I told the employee on the phone to have a good night he hung up on me. We liked this pizza but we'll order from Little Cesar's or somewhere cheaper. Sorry Magoo's you gotta own up to your mistakes and not be burnt because I said something. I appreciate the "free pizza" but your attitude meant more to me. read more

I always rave about this pizza place. It's so delicious. The quality is amazing. After my boyfriend showed me this place, I literally can't eat any other pizza now. Even day after left overs are phenomenal. The wedges are so bomb and the fried chicken is fried to perfection. I could talk about how delicious this place is all day. The service is fantastic. Pinter is always there every time I go. He's a super cool guy and always super nice. He's always in a great mood and definitely makes the environment vibe great. He's so friendly. Tonight we met Jorge who was super cool too. I just feel like this place is 100% all around. I absolutely have not 1 dislike. I wish I would of took pictures but next time I will. I definitely recommend this pizza place. read more

Love this spot!!!!! Never leave here disappointed. Pender is tha man and is always a great host!

Always really good food and helpful and friendly customer service! Been ordering from this Magoo's on Auburn for yrs and the food is consistently good. The pizza always has a really good amount of toppings and their crust has that old school yeast flavor that you just don't find with these pizza chains anymore. The chicken is juice with a great flavored coating and the wedges are seasoned and cooked good also. The reason for the 4 stars is because the restaurant has a sports themed environment and there are tv's on every wall and it gets very loud, so I don't usually dine in because of that. The bummer about take out is they have a really good salad bar, which I don't partake in when we do the pick up but also, sometimes it's nice to go out to eat. read more

Awesome pizza! Fast delivery! Good customer service, the pizza is a bit pricey but it is a nice splurge every once in a while. The combo pizza is legit. I ate some the other day and by the time I walked outside my truck was lifted and I had 22" biceps. The inside needs a bit of a renovation but the food is great. Try it out and make sure you bring a towel. Eating this pizza gets you wet. read more

The indain pizza was really good. The wedges were really good. Food was really good. Service was good. But the place was really loud . People were really loud . Rude ... But the pizza is good read more

I live nearby this joint and always see vehicles in the lot... We had eaten here before a couple of years ago but had been underwhelmed. I decided to give it another shot. The place was clean enough... The staff friendly enough... and the food was enough, but not enough to write home about. We were able to figure out the vehicles in the parking lot though. Evidently a few "regulars" stop by every night, occupy the same table and drink until they have had their fill. I guess that works for some but I was there for a pizza. Overall i would say this is a solid 3 star joint. Possibly 4 if you are trying to kill your liver. read more

My first time trying this pizza and i loved it. The pizza was made to perfection. Great job to their team. Great customer service as well. This was my first time eating here my husband and I arrived at about 9:30pm 30 min before closing, we asked if it was ok to eat here since they were closing soon they said it was fine . As we are waiting for the food the worker walks up to me (very nice person btw ) and tells me the manager is putting our food in a box and said we can't eat in the facility cause he wants to go home already. I mean what kind of crap is that I feel the it was rude and very unprofessional, I mean it wasn't gonna even take us long to eat! So we had to eat our food in the car ! I will not be doing business here ever again. read more

Pizza is good, but the beer selection is why I come! I love strong beers and they have the strongest here. Any Zeus lovers check this place out, they also have really good wedges. I give the wings a C+ I'll be back for sure read more

We were visiting Bakersfield from L.A. for my brother's soccer tournament, and we stumbled upon Magoo's. Pretty good, especially for your money. But not the best. Pizza is extremely oily, and after one slice, a chicken wing, and some potatoes I felt like I was going to collapse. We got a good deal for ~$26: large one-topping pizza, 2-liter bottle of soda, potato fries, and fried chicken. A LOT of food--bring friends when you go. Felt a little dirty, but had that pizza parlor feel. They're also open late, which would benefit some people. Not bad, but I will probably try something new next time I'm in the area. read more

PROS: Great food, great beer selection, great prices. Awesome environment. For dine in pizza, wings or wedges, come here, you won't regret it. Multiple TV'S with many remotes to choose what you want, if you don't like what's on. CONS: Let me know. read more

Usually we have no problems from this place, but tonight has been hell. We ordered 2 large pizzas, wedges, and a soda @ 6:41, received the order (almost) @ 7:37. It is now 8:20 and we are still waiting on our soda. The driver forgot the soda, and we have been going around and around trying to get her back out here with it. And that is not the only issue. The pizza, usually really great, was overcooked, hard, and tasted like cardboard. This has been a very disappointing experience and I hate to say it, but they may have lost some customers tonight. Were we compensated for this ridiculous bull that we are still going through? Nope.....still waiting on the dang soda we ordered to have with our dinner. read more
