Now it 2025 and I went to get them made somewhere else. I was told my insurance won't pay because Indiana Denture & Implants charged my insurance in 2024! Not only did they keep my $1000 but took insurance money for a product I don't have. I do want to say most of the staff was friendly & nice and they tried to make what I needed but just couldn't make them fit correctly. This business owes the money back & I will make a complaint to both my insurance company and the BBB,

I encountered a number of temporary office staff who were definitely lacking in skill and dedication. No one in the office ever introduced themselves or wore a name tag so It was difficult to determine who they were and what their role was in the office. For some reason even though I have dental insurance, very little of the work done was covered even though this had not been the case with my previous dentist. Patients were charged a whopping $20 PPE charge per visit on top of already very expensive dental charges. I was left feeling dismissed, unwelcome, and frankly uncomfortable. I can't say why I was treated that way, but it's hard not to wonder whether appearance or background played a role when basic courtesy and professionalism disappear so quickly. When I asked for their names to document the incident, they refused and told me to leave. I went back they wanted to take an x-ray I asked why because the tooth is very lose and need to be removed, but I need to be on an antibiotic before the tooth is pulled due to my health reasons and the medication I am on. The nurse left then the doctor came in about 20 minutes and explained to me that is not how he does it, he stated he pulls the tooth and then puts the person on antibiotics. I explained to him I can not allow him to do that so then he wanted to look at the tooth, but he pulled out the tools with an attitude and I refused to let him do that so he told me to leave. The way I was treated and talked to is no except able. I also seen the other assistant get another patient ready for the doctor by setting up the equipment with absolutely no gloves on.
