Do Not Use Them!! I called and they came out and replaced a pump that was supposedly bad. After…read morethey left my hot tub was over heating and not cycling correctly, which was never an issue before. They said for another $159 they would come and look at it. I refused saying they should have fixed it the first time which cost me over $500. They said they would have someone come look at no charge. Then they called and said I needed a new circuit board that was going to be another $700. They said they did a full inspection and that was the problem. I had a funny feeling that I was just being taken advantage of so I called another repair man who came out and in 30 seconds fixed the spa. He said that when they had put the pump in they had wired backward. He switched the wires and it has been running perfect since and that was over a week ago. By the way he only Charge $50. I think they wired backwards on purpose so they could continue to charge me $159 for each visit and over charge me $700 to fix a problem that they created so they could replace a part that was not needed. I called and spoke to Christina to let her know that I was upset and disappointed that they had lied to me and tried to overcharge me for a part I did not need and a situation they created. She abruptly hung up on me. So professional. If you need to have your spa fixed use someone or anyone else or go broke paying for something you don't need.
