Did I mention I pad over $13,000 in storage fees which they wont refund..They say its "not their concern". I read its about $30,000 to replace everything in a 2 bedroom. So Im out $30,000 Plus the $13,000 I paid. Did they mention yr contents can not be over $5000 no matter the size of your unit? You literally take your life in your hands when you go there. Don't be there in your unit when it gives. Remember the pinto? Its like that. Just crunch the numbers.

We came back April 29th to double check our unit and make sure we got everything and it was half full of someone else's stuff. They rented our unit out with their spare key before we finished with it. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, we still aren't sure if we had anything left in the unit and we will never know now. No advance notice. No contingency plan. No attempt to make the situation right. This left our family completely stranded on moving day. We were required to vacate our apartment due to the end of our lease, and this company abandoned us at the last possible moment with all of our belongings packed and nowhere to turn. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of support that followed. No alternative crews were offered. No referrals. No meaningful assistance whatsoever. We were simply told they would not be showing up. When I asked to speak with the owner, the manager, Drew, refused to connect me and stated that the owner would call me in two days. As a business owner myself, I was shocked by the lack of accountability and customer service. When your company creates an emergency for a customer, the least you can do is make yourself available and work toward a solution. Reliability is the single most important quality in a moving company, and unfortunately, this company demonstrated that they cannot be counted on when it matters most.
