Loren is highly reliable and was even willing to add stops to the day to make thing easier for us. I can't recommend these guys enough!

They took the time to make sure they had an accurate quote…read more- this is important as I had poor experience in years past where a quote was substantially lower than the final bill. Here they asked a lot of questions to make sure they fully understood what was needed and priced accordingly. All of the people were professional and pleasant from the initital contact through the packing and moving team. Everything made it from PA to MA safe and sound so no complaints! Even my picky 9-year old was happy that her legos and stuffed animals were treated with respect. :-) I would highly recommend the Moody team and would definitely use them again.

I would not recommend them. They gave me quote for the move in email, & then when they were done jacked the price up by $40.00 extra an hour. They never advised me they were doing this. When I called the owner said she would refund me. Than an hour later sent me an email and said will not refund because her men did their job. You can't give someone a price and than charge higher without advising them. I just wanted to let everyone know so they can pick someone else. Before booking, we were asked a series of questions, including whether we had fewer than 25 boxes (we did) and how many rooms we were moving (one bedroom and one living room). Based on those answers, we were quoted **$680**, which we paid with the understanding that this was the agreed price for our move. After everything was finished, the owner, Joe, informed us that the total was actually **$1,000**, including **$170 in travel time**. We were then told that the $680 quote only covered three hours. That was never how the pricing was presented during the booking process. The questions focused on the size of the move, not on an hourly estimate. It felt like the terms changed after the move was already complete, leaving us with no real choice but to pay. To make matters worse, they **did not even move everything they were hired to move**. Several pieces of furniture, boxes, and other belongings were left behind, forcing me to find additional help to finish the move myself. After paying $1,000, I certainly did not expect to have to arrange another move for the remaining items. The moving crew was also disappointing. One mover worked incredibly hard from start to finish and deserves credit for his effort. Unfortunately, the other mover spent a significant amount of time sitting in the truck while his coworker handled most of the physical work. On top of that, he was rude and unprofessional throughout the move. The most upsetting part of the experience was how Joe treated my **80-year-old mother**. There was absolutely no excuse for speaking to her in such a rude and disrespectful manner. Customer service should never look like that. Between the unexpected price increase, questionable billing practices, leaving part of our move unfinished, poor professionalism from part of the crew, and the disrespect shown to my elderly mother, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I strongly recommend getting every detail in writing before hiring this company--or better yet, choosing a different mover altogether.
