Even then, they misquoted the move and told the movers that it was a one bedroom house that would take less then three hours--it was a three bedroom house and the move took 9 hours... Our experience was awful. Out of the three men sent, only one (Allan) was helpful, nice, smart, and overall great. The rest of the movers were complaining the whole time about how much tip they would receive, and having us disassemble simple furniture like desks because they "are just movers" in their own words. Overall, I had to help them disassemble furniture, fold chairs, and help them understand how to do basic tasks. After they were moving things in to the next house, they decided that it was too late to re-assemble certain things. Allan was the star of the show, and if it was not for him, I don't think anything would have gotten done, but overall our experience was terrible. Many things got damaged also but we never reported it because we don't want anyone to get in trouble and understand that moving has its risks. I have a move coming up in a few months and probably will not hire all my sons again.

The communication prior to the move from Joe was proactive and clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. They packed up my apartment so quickly and they were also careful, making sure to pack everything well. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed. Jose was easy to talk to and very professional about making sure we had a good experience. The team also worked quickly and finished the job in under the 6 hours quoted. So appreciative of Jose and his team and the whole experience with Vector. Hopefully our next move is many years away but we would definitely go with Vector again!

Edit: There was in-fact a link in the email with my reference number, but it was so hidden that I had to look at the email 5 times. I would also look into the website design so that it does not confuse future customers by asking for nonexistant log-ins.
