His quote was a few thousand lower than it ended up costing me; I paid the highest amount that I heard from friends in my previous neighborhood who moved to the same development but their movers were not available. He later offered to help bring in some of the boxes but we were so frustrated by how much work we had ahead of us we just couldn't comprehend having him come over but as we were getting to the end we had some heavy items that needed help to move and I tried recently to call him and he doesn't answer the phone. That is why I wouldn't trust anything he says! BEWARE! No matter what is said get exact price written down, what is exactly is included, watch how they wrap everything and fragile items you should take yourself and be wary if they say boxes are included! I originally thought it went well till I started to unpack. Now first off I had an estimate including them to unpack but they misjudged the amount of work that was required. So it ended costing me triple the price and they didn't have the time to unpack. They also only marked half the boxes with what was in them making it very frustrating for me to know what was worth to unpack immediately. Upon moving the boxes that they piled up triple high and very heavy caused the move to be extremely difficult since we are in our 70's. Upon opening the boxes the items were wrapped and re-wrapped with so much clear plastic that we spent hours cutting through to get to the items. They did this to many things that were non breakable pieces like boxes of cereal but a vase from Greece was wrapped in paper and was broken in pieces. A cup from Russia also broken was thrown in with the vase and a piece of paper place between them no wrap on the cup. My small 2 drawer file desk was emptied in a box mixing paper clips, rubber bands, pens, markers, and everything else that was in jars. All our items with cords instead of keeping them together they were all thrown in different boxes and still have not found them. We have a very heavy sewing table with machine needed taken up to the walk up attic(our second floor) it is still sitting in the garage and now we have to hire someone else to take care of it otherwise we can not park in the garage. DO NOT HIRE THEM! THEY Will PROMISE TO DO THINGS; BUT BEWARE!! ALSO I WAS CHARGED FOR EXTRA MATERIAL; THEY USED SO MUCH MORE THAN NEEDED!!

The guys who showed up (half an hour late) were perfectly nice, but obviously had very little moving experience and also moved incredibly slowly. After it took TWO AND A HALF HOURS for them to load the first half of our stuff (and we just have a small one bedroom apartment), I finally gave up and started moving stuff too, because I was afraid we wouldn't get out of our building in time. I'm a pretty small female and I was able to move more stuff than they did, and that was in between me having to explain to them basic things about how to move (e.g. helping them figure out how to fit stuff through doors and into the elevators). My two favorite moments had to be: 1. Halfway through all three guys took a load of stuff down in the elevator (don't ask me why that required three people), and in the time it took them to come back I moved the entire rest of the contents of the apartment to the area in front of the elevator. When they finally got back, they seemed impressed and said, "wow, you're fast!" Thanks, but isn't that THEIR job? 2. At one point I saw one of them carrying a small table that has casters on it. I said, "You know you can push that, it has wheels," to which he replied "not anymore!" and showed me that he had somehow managed to snap off one of the casters. It ended up taking six hours to move about 30 blocks with these guys (compared to the seven hours it took when I moved to Philly from NYC with actual professionals). Again, they were perfectly nice, but you could get the same level of help by showing up at a college campus and offering free pizza to the first couple of kids you saw. If you want to pay for professional movers, use a company with actual professionals.

They sent a small truck to move my items from my storage unit. It was 2 younger guys and boy did they pack the truck. It took them So much so that they broke lots of items. All of our fragile items were labeled clearly but I guess they didn't care. My Mom had a very elegant floor vase that was broken into pieces. We had a flat screen TV in which the screen was cracked. We had multiple glasses broken. They took zero care in the handling of our items. I contacted them on 10/30 yo let them know of the damaged items and it took them until today to send me back a measly $322. I was told on 11/19 they would send the money beginning of December. Do you think they proactively reached out? NO! I messaged them. My items were moved from PA to DE on 10/27. They moved items from a storage unit that was located at ground level to a garage at my new home. It took them from 8a to about 4pm. They charged me $1160. They wanted to charge me more but when I told them how much time they took to pack and unload they charged me $150 less I think it was. Astaghfirallah- Seek Allah's forgiveness I hope no one experiences what we went through.

Within 15 minutes of requesting a quote on their website i received an e-mail from the owner (which i must say, being someone who doesn't necessarily like talking on the phone, i found this method awesome) giving a run down on the pricing and explaining the process. Contract was signed & he confirmed the date of service. Day of move the 3 person crew arrived and we're great people to deal with, true professionals. I will admit, the place we were moving from wasn't the most clean place, and they were well within their rights not to handle certain things, however they agreed to ensure my move went smoothly. So now, here I am, with a hard deadline of Monday, nothing packed, and having to do this all by myself because Oleg thought one person could pack a 1200 square foot condo in under three hours.
