As a collector myself, this is something I find fascinating and I believe they can be very healing and instrumental in life. I couldn't help but peruse everything. They have gorgeous beads of every shape, color, style, you name it, to make jewelry. They have lovely pieces that are already made. Great prices on earrings with some great finds in the 3 for $35 rack. I think for every gift I got, I bought a little something for myself as well. I am already looking forward to visiting again and bringing a friend who has been seriously overpaying for his crystals and stones at a fancy store in the west valley. The prices here are excellent and Harish is quite the deal maker. The more I bought, the better the pricing he gave me. I took my antique ring to get repaired and have the stone replaced which was green tourmaline. I gave him a piece of tourmaline and the ring. One of the prongs had come loose and needed to be repaired along with the stone to be cut and polished and put in. He said it would take 2 weeks. I called after a week to check the progress. He said he had not even started on it. I called a week later. He said it would be done by the end of the week. I called at the end of the week. No answer. I went by and there was a sign that said he would be gone untill Tuesday which is today. I went by again. The sign is gone but the door is locked. The owner does not pick up the phone and his voicemail is full. It is now 3 weeks and I still do not have my ring. All I want is my ring back at this point so I can take it somewhere else. This ring is extremely important to me and is an antique. Do not use this guy. Worst experience ever!!!!!

He was able to reduce the larger scratch, but he could not fix the smaller scratches that were caused during the service. The bigger issue is that the situation was not handled with the level of accountability or customer service I would expect when someone damages a customer's property. I would not recommend bringing expensive watches here. Based on my experience, the work was careless, and the response to the damage was not acceptable.

Once you pick the one that's calling your name you start cleaning it. They give you soap, water and brush. After few minutes of rubbing the crystal you uncover the beauty under all that dirt. It's such a fun and cool experience. They had a lot of beautiful jewelry pieces displayed made with crystals. You can also place an order with the crystal you cleaned.
