From what he said I don't think he's even started on it. Now it's supposed to be ready on Saturday, almost 4 weeks from the time I gave it to him!!! At the time of this review I still do not have my ring. If I could give zero stars I would. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I took my antique ring to get repaired and have the stone replaced which was green tourmaline. I gave him a piece of tourmaline and the ring. One of the prongs had come loose and needed to be repaired along with the stone to be cut and polished and put in. He said it would take 2 weeks. I called after a week to check the progress. He said he had not even started on it. I called a week later. He said it would be done by the end of the week. I called at the end of the week. No answer. I went by and there was a sign that said he would be gone untill Tuesday which is today. I went by again. The sign is gone but the door is locked. The owner does not pick up the phone and his voicemail is full. It is now 3 weeks and I still do not have my ring. All I want is my ring back at this point so I can take it somewhere else. This ring is extremely important to me and is an antique. Do not use this guy. Worst experience ever!!!!!

This shop is AMAZING. Raul is so sweet, humble, and kind, and his prices are not only super fair, he also hooked it up big time. He has very gemmy pieces and is so well-informed about each stone and its healing properties. He also balances chakras and does readings, if you are interested. My friend did a chakra reading/alignment, and she said she felt the energy zooming through her body and felt a lot of joy and lightness after. He's very kind-hearted and you can't beat his prices. He was very patient and answered all questions and took time to explain every crystal, where it comes from, and what it's used for. He has both large pieces and small stones as well. His shop is a hidden gem and I highly recommend checking it out. He even gifted us a few pieces before we left, which just shows how giving and humble he is. I will DEFINITELY shop there again. Thank you, Raul! read more

People who think they own the streets... nowadays, you can't find peace anywhere. My husband wasn't taking anything from him, nor was he asking him for anything, so there was no reason for him to act that way; but God sees how unjust it was for him to throw water on him just because he was resting.
