The design process was super easy - I found a design on pinterest and sent a screenshot to Artin and he was able to replicate it exactly! I brought in some small diamonds from an old ring we had and he was able to use those in the earrings. I learned that purple jade is actually very hard to find - but the whole sourcing and design process only took a few weeks and he sent plenty of updates on progress. He was very kind, helpful, and informative throughout the whole process. Best of all - he gave me an estimate at the beginning of the process and **the final price was within the range of the estimate** - I was super appreciative of this because I have worked with another jeweler for custom jewelry before and they gave me one price as an estimate....and then the final price ended up being way above that. So I definitely appreciate that Artin stuck to the estimate he gave me despite how expensive materials and stones are these days! Artin is trustworthy, great with communication, and he does beautiful work. The earrings are very well made and they go wonderfully with the jade bangle. I can't wait to wear them on my wedding day! The price she quoted was decent and they didn't change it! She mentioned it was gonna take a bit more than week to have it fixed. That was fine, didn't need it right away. I called on the day she suggested I should check on it and it was ready! It'd be nice of they call you, but it's a small business! The ring was nicely enlarged, can't tell where they did it, very smooth, fits my finger nicely! Glad I found them! They also fix watches besides making, selling, fixing jewelry.
