Then she mentioned something about my work. She said a promotion was coming in the fall or winter because my boss would have my back, recognize how hard I work, and realize that I wasn't being appreciated for everything I do. At the time, I had a boss who showed very little appreciation for me. He unexpectedly left in May and was replaced by someone who is exactly how Julie described. He has been very supportive of me, and he recently promoted me. She also predicted a few other things about my future that haven't happened yet, but she said those would come later. Overall, I really liked her energy. She was very supportive and soft-spoken, and I just felt good being in her presence.

I originally thought that I would be asking her questions within my 20 minute time frame. It was not what I expected. I barely said anything and she said exactly what he was feeling, and how I was feeling. All in all, I wished I booked a longer session with her because she helped me see things that no therapist would. Michelle, if you are reading this, thank you so much for helping me understand what I've done wrong and move forward. I've taken lots of notes and am doing my best to follow through on your suggestion. I really want the best outcome. I'll be booking you again in the near future!
