Rachel was super friendly and very thorough with the brow tint. The day I went in, they were also offering a free wax for new visitors, so I also got a underarm wax as well. Not exactly sure what type of wax they use, but I have extremely sensitive skin and I'm SO happy to say that it didn't make my skin break out in a rash (like other waxes typically do). I'll definitely be back because not only was I in love with my brow tint, but the waxing service was great too. Thanks so much Rachel & the Waxxpot team!

The space is peaceful and calming, with a zen vibe that instantly made me feel comfortable. I came in for Brazilian Sugaring, and Jessa provided a great experience. Her technique was gentle, effective, and quick. The treatment room and essentials were very clean and sanitized. For aftercare, I also bought their handmade Brazilian Scrub, which is applied 2x weekly. It is all organic, smells refreshing, and has clean ingredients. A great way to protect your skin post-sugaring. The prices are reasonable for the top-quality service. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I got a full Brazilian sugaring and eyebrow service, and I'm so happy with the results! The sugaring wax was much gentler on my skin than traditional hard wax, which is perfect since I have coarse hair and sensitive skin. I'm also super picky about my eyebrows and have a hard time trusting anyone with them, but they nailed it! They shaped them exactly how I asked. The ladies here are wonderful. I'll definitely be coming back next month!

Upon arrival, I saw the front desk lady and she was polite and told me to wait a few min in the waiting room. Then I was ushered to the first room and was told to take off my sweatpants before my waxer came in. I forgot her name but she was a nice, older lady. I left my undies on during the wax--I just had to hold it in place after she maneuvered it around, depending on where she was waxing. So let me get to the bottom of it: The pain level. All of you first timers who said the Brazilian wax didn't hurt, you're LIARS! -_-" That stuff STUNG so bad. I even took a painkiller BEFOREHAND and that didn't do NOTHING! I wasn't screaming in pain or anything but it still didn't feel good. The lady told me that the more I get waxed, the less it'll hurt and I believe her because when I first started getting my brows waxed, I used to tear up but after a while, it started feeling tolerable--sometimes even good. :X All in all, although it's 40 min away from me, the $30 price & the good service will have me coming back again.

I looked into making an appointment, but I was already in the area and the appointment times were 2 hours out. The booking site also states that face/brow services are walk in any how. So, I don't believe making an appointment is necessary for facial threading/waxing services. There were a couple clients ahead of me and a few walked in after me. There were 3-5 clients inside at any given time within the duration of my visit. I like that the waiting area is nice and separate from the service area. There appeared to be two ladies working. I waited about less than 10 minutes. They had uncensored pop radio playing as I waited and when I got into the chair it was classical piano, which I really appreciated. (This was likely just coincidence but I was glad). I think we all would like our services to be relaxing and that definitely added to my experience. Service: I got my eyebrows, chin, and lip threaded by Nera. Nera has been threading for 2 years, and with a bit of guidance, she helped me achieve my desired outcome. I did spend more time in the chair than I expected because of this, but I was ok with that. The one thing I wish would have been more obvious is the sanitization of hands, especially since gloves are not worn. I had to ask for this to be sure. 4 stars because of this and the level of expertise. My brows are clean and shaped and my face is smooth and bright after my service. The pricing was super reasonable, I was charged $26 total. I received a $5 discount for being a first time guest. All in all, I would definitely come back again for threading services.
