It's really nice that the kids get a chance to play in two rooms during the party, roughly 35 mins in room A and then another 25 mins in Room B. I've been here for other parties so it was nice to see some different inflatables in room B. Day of party logistics are really very easy. We took all of our party decorations and dropped them with our things during check in. While the kids were playing we discussed how to decorate the room with the staff. That was it! We elected to have the venue order pizza for us rather than do it ourselves. Took off the pressure of having to go pick it up or get it delivered on time. There will be a small fee if you do elect to bring your own food. It just has to be able to be eaten with your hands for reference. The staff does a great job getting the kids to move between rooms and helps to serve the food when you are in the party room. Overall a great experience!

That said, we left feeling quite disappointed by several things during our most recent visit. One major letdown was the Glow Party. Each child was given just one glow stick bracelet--yes, just one. Based on their advertising, especially the "Glow Mania" promotional video on their website, we were expecting a much more vibrant and exciting experience. In the video, kids are decked out in glow sticks--around their necks, arms, waists, and more--creating a fun, colorful atmosphere that any child (and parent) would look forward to. Unfortunately, the reality was a far cry from that. The single bracelet per child felt incredibly stingy and misleading. Frankly, it felt like a bait-and-switch--and for something marketed as a highlight of the event, it was a real disappointment. I asked for five extra glow sticks (just a few extras so the birthday child could wear them as a necklace), but the person at the front desk (who I believe is the manager--I remember him helping us before) said they didn't have any extras and only had enough for the weekend. Since the Glow Party isn't free, I expected a bit more. If I had known, I would've ordered some on Amazon to bring myself. The second-to-last party we attended gave each child a glow stick necklace, which felt much better than just a single bracelet. Also, the 15-minute bubble time in the party room seemed a little low -- raising them would definitely enhance the atmosphere. What really upset me, though, was that the staff member assisting us in the 50-minute party room threw away our special candle -- again! This is the third time it's happened, and it was the same person (with headphones on) each time. We even saw her toss it in the trash right after bringing the cake back out, just before it was time to cut it. Thankfully, a friend noticed and retrieved it from the garbage can. At other venues, staff usually set candles and small decorations aside, which I really appreciate since I like to keep them as keepsakes. This particular candle had sentimental value, so it was very disappointing--I've already lost two candles this way. Overall, we still enjoy Pump It Up and the kids had fun--but I do hope management will address these issues, especially when it comes to handling personal items like candles and decorations with more care.

They make it so easy for the parents and the kids by having everything there. No need to bring decorations, drinks, snacks, anything other than cake. Michelle and her staff help the girls pick out their dresses, paint their nails while they secretly interview them then the girls will put on a fashion show for the crowd. Then the kids have a little tea party with goldfish and cake all while being treated as a princess. Depending on the package the kids may make a stuffed animal. We have a couple cats, a few unicorns and even a lamb I think and the girls cherish each of them. Hoping to sneak at least one more party in here before my girls grow out of this stage.

We celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday today with a unicorn princess party and my daughter and seven friends had a blast! Michelle clearly loves her job and goes above and beyond to make sure each guest has a lovely experience. The venue is decorated with adorable signs and glitter and bling- all of our girls fell in love with the dress up clothes and accessories. Michelle manages to teach her party guests about manners and friendship and confidence throughout the entire event. Our girls got to pick out a fancy princess dress complete with shoes and accessories and were treated to having their nails painted and some makeup applied. She also sprinkled our girls with glitter at the princess power statement ceremony and the girls got to have a fashion show. Each girl also got to stuff a unicorn toy as the party favor for the princess unicorn party. Michelle's speech about friendship had my adult guests tearing up- it was so beautiful to hear her encourage the girls to enjoy and appreciate their friends and to be a good friend and value the unique characteristics of each of your friends. We also celebrated my older daughter's birthday here years ago and the party was also a huge success. I highly recommend My Party Palace- Michelle has lots of options for a wide range of ages and even offers special events and summer camps. In addition, Michelle is very generous and donates every year to schools and non-profits in our community.

It requires a wristband and special socks they sell so keep that in mind if you plan on using it. Video games are loaded by time or by play points. We like to opt for the time however now that they have the trampoline you may want to keep that in mind if you have a game card that uses time so you can pause the time on them or get a game card later once the kids are exhausted from the trampoline. The staff was busy keeping the tables clean as I didn't see tables with food left out. Chuck E Cheese came out to dance with the kids and it was fun. My daughters enjoyed the games and rides; I like that they have activities for all age groups available. We went at opening time on a Saturday morning and didn't encounter too many crowds. Food is overpriced and pretty average tasting. Be prepared for a long wait once you order, especially if there are birthday parties taking place at the same time. The trampoline is a cool addition but frustrating that it requires a hefty extra fee of $12 per child. Overall positive experience. We will be back!

When you get a group of kids this age together, it's hard to keep them engaged beyond simple screaming and running around. That's where the activities that are part of the service provided by Lexi's Little Princesses come in super handy. Lexi's Little Princesses provides you with a wide variety of performers to match or complement your party theme. They are available for 1 to 2 hour engagements. Depending on the package you choose, the performer will provide a variety of activities for the children. The performance is segmented into activities including the character's entrance, coronation, story time, games, singing, dancing, face painting, singing "Happy Birthday" with the honoree, and photo time. What you get in your package is largely determined by how much time you are willing to buy from your performer. Each package can be customized to fit your time, budget and expectations, and the performer travels to your location. In our case, the character actor was "Aly" portraying Jasmine from Aladdin. When you check the website, you can see the bios of the various performers including their theatrical backgrounds. It was easy to see why Aly was absolutely perfect in acting out the Jasmine role. But better yet, she was truly wonderful with the children, keeping them spellbound for what seemed like a magical kingdom eternity. It was even hard as an adult not getting caught up in some of the activities; one in particular, was a guessing game where she sang and gave clues about different Disney characters. The best part of it all is that Aly by way of Lexi's Little Princesses transformed a group of children that could have easily been bored or mischievous into her adoring subjects. More than that, though, it created memories that the birthday girl and her parents won't soon forget. And maybe a few of us jaded by life took leave of our senses for a few minutes and got caught up in the moment, too. Very highly recommended.
