I was recently a guest at a 5-year-old's Disney-themed birthday party that was hosted by a close family friend. When you get a group of kids this age together, it's hard to keep them engaged beyond simple screaming and running around. Lexi's Little Princesses provides you with a wide variety of performers to match or complement your party theme. They are available for 1 to 2 hour engagements. Depending on the package you choose, the performer will provide a variety of activities for the children. The performance is segmented into activities including the character's entrance, coronation, story time, games, singing, dancing, face painting, singing "Happy Birthday" with the honoree, and photo time. What you get in your package is largely determined by how much time you are willing to buy from your performer. You see her coming to the door in full dress, happy as can be, or you can hide her and surprise the s*** out of your little one. We hired Belle - Beast's counterpart in Beauty and the Beast. My little girl got herself all decked out in her Belle dress and shiny shoes. When Princess Belle arrived toddler/pre-K chaos ensued. I was expecting some pretty good meet-and-greet and full-on engagement with the Princess. We got that and more. Then there was - as the website says - magic, singing, dancing, etc. It was probably rehearsed but it was so well done - and flexible - that our Princess was ready for kids. (It's not easy to be ready for 8 crazy 4 year olds!) The Princess knew how to engage the kids. Had all her tricks ready to go. She was Princess Belle, exactly. Better than expected. Even as some kids held her dress trail, others trying to get up in there, and all of the chaos that little kids are famous for, she held her character and commanded respect. Well done. Price? Fair.
