I had trouble with a couple of high boy table tops not attaching properly so I made sure to film it, along with the other tables so they knew it wasn't user error and I didn't have any issues receiving a refund for the defective table tops. I was scrambling to find white pads for Chiavari chairs that I rented in Shreveport, LA. I contacted premiere, as well as several other rental companies in Dallas (in between Austin and Shreveport) and companies in Dallas referred me back to premiere!
