From the very beginning Mandy was attentive and helpful far beyond what I expected from a coordinator, let alone one that we were getting at a discount for a prize we won and for just day of coordination. She went FAR above and beyond what I think any one person would do and she was instantly a friend in the end. The details she stayed on top of were just incredible and perfect. Letting go of the reins for this OCD person was difficult, but I couldn't have asked for someone better to trust with my vision and allow to orchestrate the wedding of my dreams. First off, Mandy's experience means she thinks of all the small details you might forget. In the weeks leading up to our event, she came to us with small questions that had a big impact. She also did all the background work to organize details like flower delivery, scheduling conflicts and floor plans for the caterer. She was also able to help with a few etiquette questions that we had - always a plus. For the rehearsal, that attention to detail had her even pointing out small details like moving a microphone so people could see us kiss. She came to the hotel to drop off and pick things up in advance. She made herself available during the process via email, phone and text - all the ways we like to communicate! During the entire process Mandy was upbeat, helpful and made us feel like our event was as special to her as it was to us. Fees were also right in line with what I expected - excellent value for money. Now, we just need to find another event that she can help us to plan! Would love to work with her again.

Even with live music and many fun activities, the highlight of the event was Amurica TX. The props were hilarious and the photos provided attendees with wonderful reminders of all the fun. I requested a Princess Tiana for my daughter's "Princess and the Frog" themed birthday party. I was told as long as they could receive the dress from their manufacturer on time, they would be able to send a Princess Tiana on that date. About a week before my daughter's birthday, the actress reached out to me via text asking me questions about what she was supposed to wear, when she would be getting paid and other company internal questions. I thought it was strange, but she seemed sweet, just a bit confused. I reached out to them and asked that they contact her to answer her questions because she seemed a little lost. The day before her birthday party, I received a call from their office stating the Tiana gown was ruined so my options were: 1. Get a different character (For her themed party? No thanks) 2. Get a refund (After my daughter has been told for a month that Tiana would be at her party?) or 3. Have the actress arrive in just a pink gown. None of these options were ideal, but less than 24 hours before her party, what choice did I have? Day of her event: Tiana arrived late with a Dollar Tree bag of watercolor "face paint". This was surprising and disappointing because we chose face painting as an activity so we assumed the face paint materials would have been provided to the character by the company. There wasn't any Princess training nor did my daughter receive a tiara-another item on my invoice but wasn't delivered on. Tiana did help hand out cake, and she took pictures and sent them to me. The accumulation of the final 24 hours I dealt with this company is the reasoning behind my scoring of them. I will say the actress was very sweet, and although my daughter questioned where her Tiana gown was which bummed me out; our gripe is with the company and how everything was so poorly executed.

The costumes for both him and Princess Leia were AMAZING and their performance was nothing short of incredible. The kids were so excited and engaged. They absolutely loved Jedi training, followed by face painting by Leia. The icing on the cake was having both of them lead the party in an unforgettable "Happy Birthday" song before cutting the cake. It was the best birthday party yet thanks to everyone at Party Princess. I highly recommend them and will definitely be working with them again for our next event!

The photo booth is super cute and vintage-y looking. Magbooth provided a bunch of great props (fez hat, mustaches, viking hat, chalkboards, sun glasses, etc.). The photos printed out 10 seconds after taking them. The photos made great favors for our guests and Magbooth is going to make us a coffee table book of all of the photos (the book is included in the rental fee). They are also going to send us a digital copy of all of the photos. The price is a bit high, but Jessica in sales was willing to work with us to help fit our budget better. Since our wedding was on a Sunday they were able to give us a discount. Overall, my experience working with Magbooth was very positive! I highly recommend them for your wedding and other events.
