Ten minutes later, the display came loose. They finally sent someone back who duct taped the display unprofessionally to our new paint job. They were supposed to come by to pick up the display and discard and never showed. This was a terrible experience for our daughter's college graduation party. I recently had a party and was needing to rent a helium tank and after calling a few other companies to get quotes Air Action for sure was the best price. Since sharing is caring here is some helpful info for you: -you can get a price quote beforehand & they will help you decide on the size tank that you will need depending on how many balloons you have -Deposit: you will need to leave a deposit of $135 and this deposit will be given back once you return the helium tank -Extra rental days: you can keep the tank for as long as you want but as long as you return the tank within that same month you won't be charged extra. Ex: rent the tank on June 1st & return June 30th..of course you most likely will not keep it that long but at least this gives extra days to return the tank after your event FYI-there are 2 businesses located at this address..Action Air & Texas Welding so when you go inside don't expect a party store :) I did take 1 star off for inaccurate info given to me in regards to the deposit..When I initially went to get the price quote I was told that I could leave a check for the deposit & that the check would not be cashed as long as I returned the tank before the next month but when my husband went to pick up the tank & leave the check for the deposit they told my husband that the check does get cashed & they went ahead and cashed the check. When you have a budget for your event believe me every penny counts. I do have to say that other than this info that everyone that I talked to at Air Action was so helpful!
