I purchased "all the magic" but the dryer function on the car wash did not work. The attendant outside shrugged and unapologetically told me to go inside and talk to the manager. The manager immediately put me on the defensive by implying that the whole situation my fault because I owned a pickup. All I wanted was for him to make the situation right--re-run the car or refund me the difference. Instead I was basically told to pound sand because I was upset that I didn't get the service that I paid for. Apparently customer service and satisfaction were not included in his managerial training. I won't be back! read more

I never understand the reviews of people complaining. I see a bunch of people saying the tires are dirty, ok no car wash ever in my life has ever cleaned rims 100%. This car wash gives you towels to dry your car, finish wiping down the rims while you're at it. I have no complaints, the vacuums are very strong and suck the dirt up efficiently. Also they have a slim nozzle that gets into the cracks of my seats, another plus. I don't have issues with my vehicles getting cleaned, when I wipe them dry I don't see leftover dirt. I'm happy it's cheap and if you put a little elbow grease into drying and vacuuming it will look great. read more

This is the follow-up of the Magic Tunnel Cars Wash single star rating of 8/20/2024. Mr. S. Donnley of the Gott Co. (who owns the Car Wash) was the person who turned such a negative situation into a resolution that has restored my hopes of continuing to do business with the Magic Tunnel Car Wash. The outside workers were extremely good and hard workers. I would only hope that the inside help and Mgr.Marcus did their job as well. I learned that the Shell Station next door, Q-Dog Oil, both Fast-Stops, and my over 50yrs history with Bowen's Grocery(now Bones) is all part of the same company. No response from company when I wanted to rectify an issue with wash codes recieved from gas purchase at their sister company. Very simple fix could have kept me as a long time customer, but I will move on with other options locally. Very disappointing from a local business. I guess I am lucky as it only cost me $45 before I "Gott" smart. read more

They do not stand behind their service and they accuse their customer of causing damage rather than taking responsibility for the damage they caused. Even worse, they work with a body shop to blame damage on the customer rather than try to investigate how the damage really happened. This car wash caused over $1000 worth of damage to my daughter's car. We are stuck footing the bill despite very similar damage done to other cars, they will not claim responsibility. Pay a fortune for the top of the line wash and the same piece of equipment has been broken for at lease 3 months (the buffer) never any management around I leave number no return phone call. The only thing that works is the 40$ deduction from my bank account Update 2/4/17 cancelled both of my monthly contracts I never got my phone call from management. Just goes to show it's all about them and money no customer service at all. I am glad to see young adults working but they need to be supervised by some one that has experience in the business. The quality of the wash and the staff has degraded. In the beginning, the tunnel was slower, the suds were thicker, and attentive people were present to make sure everything was done right. Now the tunnel is faster, the suds are thinner, and the zombies (a.k.a. employees) on the line pay more attention to the music on their headsets than what they are supposed to do. And, of course, the price went up. I'm going back to hand-washing my vehicles. I need the exercise, anyway. read more

The staff is all on drugs they don't even know how to spray a car with a hose. Your car comes out looking dirtier that it did before you went through. I bought a monthly pass for the most expensive wash "All the Magic", and the pass has never worked. Not one time. If I'm lucky, there is an Attendant Manning the pay station and they have to go into the office to verify my membership and raise the gate. If There is no attendant I have to get out of my car and go into the office and try to find someone to help. The majority of times there isn't anyone in the office. Incredibly frustrating. I finally have had enough and cancelled my membership. read more

Used this new car wash on 28 Jan against my better judgement. I had spoken to different friends that received car damages but thought it was random problems. Being a new business I had to try them out. Came out of the wash with a broken mirror. Ticket written up by management to have repairs done by a local shop. Shop claims they can't get a replacement. Over a month later I'm still waiting for this to be resolved. The only person allowed to check on my claim is out with health issues. No one else is "authorized" to handle broken equipment issues. If this gets resolved I'll never return to this car wash. read more

Enjoyed the wash. Wasn't sure I got the wash I paid for, but I got one. The vacuum cleaners were free which made it even better.

My expectations were high of this place..I mean you get to vacuum the car for free....so I paid for the best car wash they offered....and as I was starting to vacuum I noticed my car tires were still very dirty. Hummm should I say something? Well I walked all around to find the manager who was on her phone (ok I'm sure that's allowed) and nicely explained why I was searching for her... she proceeds to ask is it really dirt??? I don't have a brand new car but yep I can tell if it's dirt. So I ask her politely if she wants to come see it... I mean the walk wasn't that far.. so she comes over and sees the DIRT and starts telling me she wipes her tires before the wash so it gets clean. Really. Why come to pay and get my car washed when I can do this in my driveway? Anyway I told her if there is nothing she can do.. which really I just wanted her to acknowledge it was still dirty... that it was ok. Well best believe I will never pay again here for another car wash. I give this place 1 star for the vacuum! read more

Equipment never works, but employees NEVER tell you (buffers, dryers, etc) they keep charging you for the more expensive wash but you aren't getting what you paid for. Same equipment haven't worked for months, you go complain, and the child manager looks at you and says someone else will call you. You would think that this place would want to step up to compete with other bigger wash near by, but they don't. Will take my business elsewhere. read more

Would caution anyone getting their car washed as it destroyed all 4 of my rims chipping the paint off in 3 months time. I filed a claim with Magic Tunnel Car Wash, but management did not feel it was their responsibility to fix the damage done to my car, and stated that since I was the only person this had happened to there was not a reason for concern. read more
