I came across this salon on Yelp and decided to make an appointment. I was lucky enough to be contacted by Ana after leaving my number for any of the stylist to call me back. I texted her a picture, told her what I wanted and on the day of my appointment she delivered! She went beyond my expectations and I love my hair!! She's very sweet and she took her time with my hair which I appreciated. I instantly got compliments from family and friends. I'm glad I found someone in Fairfield I can go to from now on... For those curious about what precautions they took because of covid: the salon was very clean, they sanitized after finishing with a customer. The stylists wore masks at all times and customers were expected to wear masks as well. If you didn't have a mask, they had extras. I've been to several different salons and have been cut by many other people so for this person to cut hair the way they did that day seemed very unprofessional to me. They cut my partners hair uneven, didn't follow basic procedures that many hair cutting businesses follow. If you want to end up with uneven hair and a lot of anxiety because your hair looks that bad. Don't come to this place.

That's fair- I was about 10 minutes late. She then gets a phone call and answers it in the middle of my cut... kinda unprofessional if you ask me. To top it off, she went crazy with the straight razor and I was left with the strangest shaped hair. I tried to style it to make it look nice but it's unrealistic to have to use heat on hair every day to make it nice or manageable. A good haircut looks good with your natural hair texture.
