Just got back from here and it was a great experience! I was worried because I never got good results doing acrylic nails. Tim was amazing! I showed him a photo of how I wanted my nails and he made sure to get it right. I was a bit nervous because they were ombré style but he was very confident to make it work. He's very detail oriented and took his time which I really appreciate. He even made sure to get the right color of pink shade for me. I'm so happy how they turned out and will definitely be back. Service: 5 stars! It is the sweetest little family that works here, and they asked me multiple times if I liked my nail colors, ect. I was the only person who was there for a bit on a Tuesday evening, and they made me feel right at home. Really kind people. Atmosphere: 2 stars, honestly the place needs a major facelift and deep cleaning. Even the pedicure tote the lady was getting stuff out of to do my pedicure did not look clean a little concerning.... Services: 3-4 stars? My pedicure was good, but the removal of my acrylics (which I had not had on long at all) was not good. They ground down some of my nails to paper thin i got gel polish, and they really took care to get all my cuticles, and apply the polish, but the edges of the nails were left rough, I had to file them myself. They did the nails and pedicure at the same time, so I was not able to relax and enjoy the massage chair. Pedicure massage was good though. read more

At first it was promising, but then it took a complete turn, they messed up my moms nails, she tried to get them fixed and they "fixed" them, they refused to take them off because if she did she obviously wasn't going to pay for them. My mom was on the verge of tears from how ugly her acrylic nails were, the guy was so passive aggressive and didn't like getting told that his work wasn't good, which is understandable, but no need to be passive aggressive. My pedicure was also not the best, I asked for french tips and got the ugliest straight like across my toes, the experience was just not good, didn't not give a good first impression at all. After a little pho and brewery date with the girls, I found myself (and my nails) in need of a little pampering. Since it was close to closing time for the salon I was wanting to go to I made my way to Magic Nails and Spa to get a new set of acrylics. PROs: ++ Late hours! I popped in around 5:30 pm and was seated within 10 minutes! ++ Friendly skilled techs! Dawn was super nice and chit-chatted with me as she worked. I showed her a picture of the shape I was going for and she was able to get super close! ++ Long lasting! They didn't start lifting before I was in need of a rebase! Yasss! ++ Nice space! There were some plants, nice cushioned chairs for their patrons, and granite counters. CONs: -- My nails were a bit on the thick side when they were done and the shaping was a bit different from nail to nail. -- Didn't feel like there were a ton of color options for acrylics/shellac. -- Located in a strip mall with a tiny parking lot, I can see parkingbeingan issue here. While Magic Nails and Spa was def an "A-OK" experience, I think I'll stick to my new salon in Lone Tree. read more

I had asked for a longer length my nail tech kept on filing them shorter and shorter and now they are so short and he did not do the shape i wanted. and he pushed up my cuticles and did not cut them off so i went to the bathroom and had to bight them off.he kept on burning me with the drill and cutting me with the drill. he did not do the base color i had asked for. these are my homecoming nails and they are not what i asked for at all. i will be getting them redone at a different salon and will not be coming back. read more

I went in for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. Ended up opting to not get a pedicure after seeing they use the same manicure tools (clipper, callus removers, pumice stone, etc) from customer to customer. Only reason why not 1 Star is that the acrylic set is great. Great shape, good work, etc. bummer I won't be back as I am concerned with the sanitary conditions of the place. read more

Went here probably 2 years ago and forgot why I never went back so I gave it a try today. The person doing my nails (I did not catch his name) was so rough and filed my skin many times. He was so rough that I was holding my breath while he was just taking off my old gel nail polish. I ended up asking him not to do the manicure part and just change my polish cause I was so scared of him using the cuticle clippers and tools based on what he was doing with just the nail file. My nails are very uneven and I had to reshape them when I got home. I don't know if this is the same for all nail techs here but I will not be sticking around to find out. Place seemed clean and they have many stations. Everyone seemed very nice, just did not like the handling. read more

I have never been in so much pain after having my nails done. I was cut on 5/10 of my fingers. I wouldn't have wrote this review if I wasn't kept up all night from the throbbing pain. Even at work today I couldn't hold things due to the pain. While at the salon I even told the nail tech that it hurt. She kept running the drill and file on my skin. I asked for an almond shape and she filed my thumbs down so much into my skin it was bleeding. My nails are red and raw with slices under the nail and along the nail bed even a day later. Half of my thumb is filed down well beyond my nail bed and my actual nail. It felt like I had my whole nail was ripped off. I have never had such a painful experience. The only reason I put two stars is because how kind the staff was. They were so kind and nice I just am not okay being cut on half my nails. I understand that one might get knicked, however half of them bleeding get and causing pain all night is not okay. read more

My friend and I had a terrible experience here today. The woman who did my friend's nails was so rough that she sliced the tip of my friend's finger with the nail file and made it bleed. She didn't apologize or acknowledge it. My friend speaks Vietnamese and overheard our two techs complaining about the state of our nails, and calling my friend a "brat" for changing her mind on polish color (before the manicure had begun). The woman who started my friend's nails (the slicer) became so frustrated because the colors my friend picked had dried out that she left my friend to do another costumer's pedicure mid-manicure and another tech had to finish the job. Chemicals, disorganization and delay. The smell is overwhelming. The display is totally disorganized and riddled with off-brand polish. They tell you to "Come right in!" And then make you wait 15+ minutes... and are surprised when you're frustrated. My "massage" was a light rub. The final product was just fine, but not worth the other stuff... Went here on a whim and oh boy did I hope I did my research before! I noticed they did a HORRIBLE job disinfecting the nail equipment and keeping clean. I was cut with the nail dremel on 4/5 fingers....to the point where there is visible blood. It made me wonder how safe it was as the next girl sat in the chair to get her manicure after mine. The nail lamps also have caked on nail polish from other clients. It is apparent there is no effort to clean or sanitize the products that may come into contact with bodily fluids. The pricing is great but at what cost? The people are friendly, but the facilities are so unkept I had to give 1 star. read more

Everyone is very kind, which I appreciate, and pedicures decent depending on whom provides service. Reason for two stars is that I received Dip nails here for two months and they use an electric drill type file which left me with paper thin nails. They told me Dip was healthy for my nails and that was completely untrue. I was left with my nails so fragile that they peeled past nail bed and bled for two weeks. I got a powder manicure and tips and it looks pretty good! The people working were friendly and the price seems comparable to other places I've been. The only "complaint" I have is that I asked my manicurist if she could do a design similar to a picture I showed her (big ombre sparkles as an accent nail) and she said no, so I'm not sure if they do a lot of stylistic nail art if that's of concern to you. read more

My last experience here will definitely be my last. I called ahead and asked if they had time for me, I was told yes, and I was there 15 minutes later but had to wait more than 30 minutes. Please don't tell me you have time for me come now, and then make me wait 30 minutes. The nail tech showed up to my chair with a kit with opened tools that looked like they were used on the last client. Completely unsanitary. I had to request new tools.
